This hurdle is 5 lbs should be done by next cycle.
Not certain I can push to 125 by my bday. As a new symptom popped up. Severe light headedness. Been a common thing on off throughout my life. I catch and bend over and it’s fine. But the Friday before valentines days for the first time in my life I passed out. Not those graceful kind. I was here one moment then woke on the floor not remembering how I got there. The I feel the pain. Dislocated my jaw, knocked my front teeth loose, busted my lip open, got a knot on my cheek bone, and chin, elbow and shoulder bruise, knee scraped and bruised. Very scared. But I figured dehydration, stacking gf triz/reta, not eating, high stress, no sleep etc. so I ate, refeed, drank a bunch of water with sodium coloride. Got some rest and it was ok. But jeez I can eat all the time, I can’t sleep all the time. And water I just feel unthristy. But I’m so close. I look skinny fat. Like a sack of bones. I bought 2 of my favorite protein powders, BCAA, creatine prework out and collagen. My thought is. Make it you my first gold and forcing protein the build muscle.. was looking in to Gear but I didn’t know where you can go and learn.. also my blood is good. No issues. I wish there was a local gym bro that would help me figure all that out. Open to advice. Will post pics in 5 more lbs! Maybe someone’s local and what’s to team up and knock it out. McKinney TX
