Hi all. I’m wondering if we can get some more community
input on this topic than other posts have generated.
I got to 110 lbs. My GW. Then, although nothing else has changed, I gained 10 lb back. I’ve been fighting that last 10 lbs for several months (about 6). My tirz was maxed out at 15 mg. The food noise was pretty low. I went off Tirz for 3 weeks. Then went back to 10 mg Tirz. Then the following week I added 3 mg Reta. Bad idea. I was so nauseated. So I haven’t done more Reta. In reading more about the options to address my “stall” (or whatever you’d call it) - I want these new 10 lbs off!! - I am now wondering if I should add cagri not Reta? Should I increase my tirz again? Should I split the Reta or
Cagri into two doses?
