I just noticed looking at site that a vendor on here shows all the Reta up to 60mg in a 3ml vial. Is this a normal thing? I saw a similar thread here, but that was more about mixing.

Thanks

Use a pep calculator, It's very simple math

Really? I don't see a lot of vendors actually listing vial size in thier product lists, just milligrams of the peptide. On the COAs, the pictures are almost always 3mL vials for most peptides. There are a few products that are supplied in 5mL vials, but I personally haven't gotten to those products yet.

I actually hate 5mL vials as those totally "mess up" my organization system 😂🤣😂

Just stopping by to say that yes, it’s fairly common. That I have yet to see examples of them being sold in other vial sizes.

Also that mg ≠ ml, and that any of the powder you see won’t purely be product either, as fillers are also added.

I have 3ml vials of 60mg retatrutide I add 3ml of bac water and then split it out into a "sterile" vial so each vial has approx 30mg and around 20mg per ml in 1.5ml

I also have a kit of 5ml 120mg bottles of tirz in my deep freeze, cost me around 300 bucks for 1200mg. Even if I never break into those gives me a little comfort knowing I have it. 93.5 pounds down.

Lets gooo!

Yeah, it actually had the same info under each vial, 10mg-60mg. If it was only in 3ml, I was just going to use one of the calculators to adjust the dose.

I never paid for my order of 60's due to them being scammers after research. I'll probably just get 30's.

Only ones I receive in larger vials are Nad+ which comes in 10 ml vial, epithalon 50 mg comes in 5 ml vial and glutathione 1500 mg in a 10 ml vial.

I recently bought a kit of 113mg tirzepatide through a group buy. It's in ordinary 3mL vials. At 15mg/week, I'll have 7.5 weeks from each. That's well within my 3-month comfort zone for refrigerated reconned tirz with good surface sanitizing; YMMV [search for discussions on this topic].

At 20 units per jab, that comes to only 150 units = 1.5mL total -- so even a 3mL vial is overkill for my needs. No need to aliquot IMO.

Wow! Love the idea of less to inject.

I've often wondered about those large mg tirzepatide kits. Was that a T100 kit that tested at 113mg? Was the puck "normal" sized?

Yes, T100; tested at average of 113. The pucks seem normal-enough size (coming maybe 1/3 up main part of vials).

I haven't reconstituted them yet. I have to work through my horde before I get there.

Just fillers to attach the molecules to, the actual molecules without the fillers would look like dust in the bottom of the vial.

1000mg of pure peptide takes up ~.73ml.

So 60mg vs 120mg volume difference is around 4.5 units or .045ml.

If I get 60's and am pinning 6mg like I plan next, inject 3ml BAC, I'd pull the syringe back to 30 units. Correct?

Just note that the vial is going to be REALLY full with that much in it and it's going to be really difficult to get bubbles out (unless you have a larger than usual vial). If it doesn't all fit, don't force it, just take a not of how much BAC you used and recalculate the dose. If you're filling carts, don't let the stopper blow out the back!

Since I filter into cartridges, I don't fill with more than ~2ml to make things easier and then add extra BAC to wash out the original vial and dilute the final destination vials/carts (eg split the 2ml into 1+1, then rinse with 1 and split it 0.5+0.5). Having 2 means that I wouldn't have to use a single cart/vial more than 5 times, and can leave the other in the fridge.

Sorry to complicate things. Just be careful and keep track of what you've done.

I do it all the time, never had air bubbles. Especially is you control the flow of bac going or just vent the bottle first.
