278 to 180 pounds

Today I finally hit 180 from 278 I first started May 15 2025 so about 7 months. I'm very proud and happy with my progress. RETA is legit a miracle medicine I never thought it would help me out this much but it did. If anybody looking for any tips tricks or anything I'm happy to help!

I'm 5,7 32 years old with a cheesy food addiction (STILL IS BTW )

I actually waited until my first doses of Tirz came before I started my journey it was 12mg vials so I took 3mg a week for month one.... And MANNNN it worked I didn't think about food at all I could fast all day and eat one meal and be satisfied. Mix that in with the carb balance tortillas and chicken or steak and it's really low calories and fulfilling. So basically I was so called starving myself even though I never felt like I was. I was eating maybe 1k calories a day for months. I switched to reta month 4 because Tirz stalled on me it stopped working for a whole month I didn't drop anything. That probably was when I weighted 230. So as soon a reta came in Reta(24 mg) vials I started doing 6mg of reta and literally next week I started dropping massive weight still dropping. I don't starve myself anymore I eat fast food ect... I just make better decisions since I'm not always super hungry. As far as loose skin there is very little like I don't really notice it unless I'm deliberately grabbing it. Last thing I promise you carb balance tortillas (30 calories for 1) is a CHEAT CODE grab that with some steak and some cheese some salsa omg u can make like 5 giant tacos that's ridiculous for like 600 calories easy and hella protein and you will be so full... I did go to the gym for awhile and did cardio but I noticed I don't need to since I hit 10 to 20k steps a day anyway with my jobs.
