Working a day job really helps with getting your steps in. I don't even need to do cardio at the gym anymore lol

Congratulations! That's an awesome win-win for you!

I often think if I was a UPS guy that I'd be able to eat whatever I want and control my weight because of all the walking and lifting. Not sure my body could do a day of that job... Maybe if I was 30 years younger.

Unfortunately, my day job has my butt firmly planted in a seat most days in front of a computer. On my travel days (usually 2 days a week) I get a lot of steps in, but those are offset by the wine I drink at the airport lounge 🤣.

You can always moonlight in the early morning to load the trucks, haha. I actually thought about it, but too many UPSers were complaining of knee pain, etc.

I was up to 25K steps a day. I did have both knees replaced 3 years ago. Now I drive in the country and only get an average 11.5K a week

Going from 25k to driving in the country, I’m guessing mail carrier that switched to a rural route.
I drive the big brown truck. There was mention of it in a previous post, lol.

Mail carriers probably double that.
