tough to say, i dont know what you are pinning or what caused this.

If you are pinning 15mg you could easily put 1.5 ml/cc

but that reaction from tirz does not appear to be a concentration problem, i don't claim to be an expert but i have pinned a bunch.

That looks like either something in the water/something on the skin/cleaning was not done properly, bad BAC, or as you said in one of the many other threads you have on this- not related at all to the tirz and the prednisone will clear it up.

Did you tell telehealth you are using tirz? did they comment?

you might want to pick one thread and ask all there, you will get as better picture.

edited for typos

Ok thanks! Sorry new to thread and figure it out. I have 45 mg of tirzepatide

Currently pinning 6.25 units … and thanks again. I want to figure this out and before I pin again…. May try new bac water

Personally I find that reconstituting towards achieving a fluid volume in the .2-.5ml range is usually best for most peptides.

More fluid volume also results in more accurate dosing.

Thank you and thank you for your patience as I navigate this site! I’m doing my best ! Has this reaction ever happened to you? I think it’s either bad bac water or not enough bac water for 45 mg of tirz and injecting 6.25 units just finished week 4

Using 100 units of water. One syringe full to mix tirz

I've never had any real ISR's (injection site reactions). About the worst I've ever had was a little PIP (post-injection pain) and on a handful of occasions a little temporary itching.

Anything other than Hospira BAC (or some of the more reliable Chinese), including the mystery bathtub waters - especially from the Amazonian Empire - is always a risk IMHO, but if you used the name-brand stuff I would easily rule that out.

The high concentration may have played a part, or it could be something as simple as your body over-reacting to the needle puncture itself or a number of other little things. Compared to others I've seen it looks pretty mild so as long as it clears up I wouldn't worry about it too much.

One of the things I learned early on in this adventure was to invest in some 3ml syringes and needles (25 gauge) to use for reconstitution. It makes the process easier and faster since a larger bore needle moves a lot more fluid a lot faster than a 30 or 31 gauge insulin syringe, and it makes using more than 1ml of fluid to reconstitute a one-step process and probably a bit more accurate.

Good to know thank you so much it’s been working wonders I’d hate to stop over a mild reaction. It’s usually gone in 3/4 days….

I ordered my bac water from research peptides. I’ll research and see if anyone else had reactions..

I did hear hospira brand is good. If it is the bac water I’ll order the hospira brand next before I mix my next vial .

I may try injecting just a tiny bit of bac water to see if that’s it… if not, I’ll order new needles and add more bac water to my next new vial. Thanks so much 🙂

For tirz, my doses are always with 45u-50u of bac, just like Eli Lilly use (yes, half of the syringe). I don't see how you can be using a precision of 6.25u? Tell me more about the syringe? a 0.3cc? I barely can see the difference between 45u and 46u on my 1cc syringe. And yes, inject 10-20u of bac by itself to see if you get isr. Can also try 90 degree pin angle in fattest belly spot. When I stack other peptides in the same syringe, I sometime end up injecting up to 75u in one place. I never use less than 25u for injecting any peps. Bac is cheap. That is just me.

6.25 units tells us nothing. Mg. Use mg.

You are already using 30g. Maybe move to 1/2 in? It worked for me with GLOW to go deeper.

Don't know if it is allowed to link this but I use this bacwater calculator for my tirz

How Much Bacteriostatic Water to Add to Peptides? - Prime Peptides™

This article aims to guide you through the process of determining the correct amount of bacteriostatic water to use for your peptide

It's fine, but jeez they really went out of their way to make something relatively simple seem unnecessarily convoluted.

It's also a good indicator that the owner of that shop isn't very bright. The history of the FDA going after peptide vendors is rife with examples of them targeting the low-hanging fruit of vendors openly discussing human use despite slapping the 'ol "research use only, not for human use" labels all over the place. 🤪
