小瓶转鼻喷雾器

好了各位——我确实先试过放大镜——说清楚点。



我听说有人用鼻喷器给鼻用塞玛克斯（NA Semax）或塞兰克（NA Selank）用药。

我想试试。

剂量计算我没问题。

但我搞不明白的是，怎么把配好的药液从药瓶转移到鼻喷器瓶里？

我担心药液会被污染，所以很难相信操作方法竟然是：直接用大注射器穿过药瓶的橡胶密封圈（药液被严密地保护起来免受污染），拧开鼻喷器的盖子，然后趁着盖子完全敞开，让房间里所有的微生物都能接触到药液，把注射器里的药液注入鼻喷器瓶里，再把盖子拧回去。

真的就这么简单吗？

I know right? Im imagining that feeling you get when you jump into a swimming pool and the chlorinated water shoots up into your sinuses burning like hell.

OK ya'll - I DID try the magnifying glass first - just to be clear.



I hear about folks administering NA Semax or NA Selank with a nasal sprayer.

I want to give that a go.

I can figure the dosage math out.

What I cannot wrap my head around is how do I move the reconstituted solution from the vial to a nasal sprayer bottle?

I'm hung up on keeping the med solution from becoming contaminated so I have a hard time believing that to do this procedure I would simply insert a big syringe through the rubber seal of the vial where the solution is so diligently protected from contaminants and unscrew the top of a nasal sprayer and, while the top is completely wide-open to every microcontaminant in the room, inject the syringe contents in to the nasal sprayer bottle and screw the sprayer top back on.

Is that really all it is?

I am currently using semax SQ, I like it a lot, keeps me alert anf gives me more mental energy.. it's the effectiveness of the NS I want to know more about.

I had 10mg of Semax, I reconstituted with 0.5ml bacteriostatic water. I took a 10ml ampoule of sterile water, poured it into my alcohol swabbed spray vial, added 0.9% salt. Drew the reconstituted Semax, injected into my vial. I used a jewelry scale to measure the salt, and tested the spray weight to make sure it was 100mcg per spray.

这几天用着还不错，不过我服用Semax后似乎会出现不痛的幻觉性偏头痛。我可能应该从低剂量开始服用。我觉得减少苄基的用量并添加盐分可能很重要，这样可以避免刺激鼻黏膜。
