I have a nearly 24 hours of flights coming up. I'm wondering if I should stick it in a thermos with an ice pack though I'm not sure if it can even hold that temperature that long. Or should I just take it in theory the white market stuff shouldn't care.

I don't have the answer to this.. but my Yeti holds ice for 72 hours, I would think there's a solution.

What about putting it in a ziplock inside a cold water bottle with ice? I have put it in a cooler before but that was traveling by car

I have done flights of 22 hours counting layovers and I took a few vials "not recon" then when I got to destination put it back in freezer and worked fine. you can have lyophilized powder out for quite a long time.
