Brello、Good Life Meds、Refills和Pomegranite这些地方都买过。

所以我去了r/peptides和r/reta,四处打听。

I’m so thrilled for you! It’s going to change lives, glp1s, they grey market, both! I wish more people would try it, the glp1s, without feeling like it’s cheating or bad or unproven or untested. Congrats on being able to wipe the booty.
Yep, I put my foot down at not being able to wipe my own ass. Never thought that day, that moment would come but it did and at 51 years old I was completely crushed that I was becoming handicapped and unable to care for myself properly.... never suspected that wiping one's own ass would be a big deal in this life, boy did I learn.

I started in a similar way. Started with Brello and found this forum which introduced me to it all. Super grateful for it! (Just in time for Thanksgiving) 🦃

Wishing you luck on your journey.
Ty, ditto to you as well my friend! And for the record, brello was my favorite telehealth, love that southend and still have a lot left, but likely will never order from brello again.

Can I be pedantic and ask what "mybown" is?

Also, if you do have any questions, there's a ton of data here to look up, but enjoy the ride and don't get discouraged if you're not seeing results fast enough. It'll happen.

There's a low hanging fruit answer but I'm not gonna discuss mybown TYVM 🤣

Lol ty, and I fixed the headline!!! 🤣😂

Aw, yay! I'm excited for you! I did that for the first time last Aug and I swear I sat there rewatching like 10 "how to reconstitute peptides" vids on Youtube, totally sure I was going to do something totally wrong and immediately send myself to the ER. lol! I went so soooo slowly, watching and pausing the vids at each moment in the process, doing exactly what they did.

Now, over a year later and I recon while I watch Netlfix and drink a G&T. I keep the area clean and am methodical about doing it all by the book (I'm the OG of using cleaning wipes on planes, in hotels and in rental cars from 20 years ago when I was traveling for work a lot and worked quality control for a food company) but it's a no-brainer now.

Welcome to your peptide freedom!

Yea Southend isn’t bad at all! It’s the only one I’ve tried but it gets the job done for sure. I’m curious to see how grey is compared.

Good luck on your new travels with Tirzepatide.

Weight loss on that scale can be done, and hopefully, with the help of GLP's, maintained.

I definitely know what you mean about getting to the stage where wiping your butt became an issue. At 145 kg and a BMI of 52, I was significantly disabled by excess weight to the point that walking more than 100m or just going shopping was becoming a problem, trying to unload a shopping trolley pouring sweat and exhausted was not fun. And scary results of coronary calcium scores and echocardiography indicated I might not have to live with being fat for long.

I was initially just aiming to lose 20 or 30 kilos so I could move, but a year later ended up at 75 kilos or so. Low calorific density, high protein , low fat diet. Sadly I had already done this and put the weight back on more than once.

After about a year still at about 75kg tried prescription ozempic, which helped a bit with hunger but was nauseous for a year, then switched to tirzepatide which was great but too expensive, then luckily found this forum.

So 3 years after starting now at 70kg and on tiz 15mg plus reta 4mg, and not constantly hungry.

For a second there I thought you were about to cook your own peptides from scratch, and I thought, I still have so much to learn….

I am a few weeks behind you. Just placed my first order the other day.
I too thought he was buying raws and making it himself.

Good for you thats amazing. You and I had similar paths, was just waiting for that stroke, diabetes or heart attack hammer to fall, and felt helpless to stop it

Congrats! Pretty much same journey to grey, although I'm several weeks behind you as far as ordering and getting my supplies to reconstitute. I used to be very active in the compound tirzepatide subreddit, but it's kind of has devolved into a lot of low effort posts about where to source and that gets kinda old after awhile.

The vials that I ordered will probably sit in my freezer for awhile as I work out the details. So, it will be great to hear your experience this weekend. I saw the picture of your set up in a prior post and was very impressed. Have to say that I didn't have anything so elborate planned. Was kinda going to do it in my office at my desk 😂😂😂😂.

Best of luck this weekend! Can't wait to hear.

I did my first reconstitution this week, 80 mg KLOW with 3 ml Bac. I bought 3 ml syringes to help with the process. I know I could have done 3 1 ml transfers, but the one shot felt just right. I was surprised how quickly the KLOW dissolved.
