It's more likely that your product hadn't reached the US "warehouse" from China when your tracking was provided. Sometimes the label is created weeks before the package ships. My profile icon is an actual label for a package from QSC that was shipped in early November... Still no movement but replaced 2 months later days before they unplugged.

I wish. These are all tracking updates located entirely within a single city in CN.

It went from distribution center, to processing, to something called "warehousing", shipped out...but shipped to--the operation center!

Where is the operation center, you ask? Well, the same place as the distribution center!

7 tracking updates (10 total) and it technically hasn't left the origin point yet. I think they're just tossing the package back and forth, as a form of entertainment, and scanning it randomly during this event.

It's kinda hilarious when I read through the updates.

The tracking is actually insanely detailed for how far the package has traveled so far. I expect to updated by the city block once it gets here.

I'm not sweating it, just posting my experience.

I paid on the 1st, got tracking on the 3rd, and it didn't even leave the warehouse until the 8th.

They are not unusable if not stored in a temperature controlled environment before and during shipping. The amount they degrade is minuscule. Sometimes they take 14 to 21 days to be delivered..

物流追踪信息显示，包裹2号才离开中国，11号或12号才离开……第二天就到了美国。所以，我估计包裹进入美国需要8到10天，然后清关和送到联邦快递还需要3到5天。不过，你的包裹可能和我的包裹在12号一起飞了。

我2月20日下的单，2月24日生成了运单，3月8日UPS取件，今天（3月14日）就送到我家了。我住在加勒比海的偏远地区，所以即使下单到取件之间有时间差，这个速度也相当快了。尤其让我高兴的是，包裹顺利通过了海关。

我也是，我是2月27号下的单，一开始邮件都没人理我，直到我在他们的Telegram（或其他类似平台）上跟“她”（特意@了她）抱怨了一番，才收到回复：让我去 http://517track.com

。结果显示几天后包裹开始动了，但只是在中国的仓库/配送/运营中心之间移动。希望它真的在推进运输。

我相信就算海关没扣，我最终也能收到包裹，而且我怀疑这其实是他们为了“挽回面子”而补发的（我可以根据生产日期判断），这样他们就不用承认原来的包裹是误扣的了。

其实我并不着急，但这事儿真的让我强迫症犯了。

I still have not received my package from LSPL since paying on Feb 24th. The label has been created, but there's been no tracking updates. I've tried reaching out to Ava but no response every time.

That is very weird. I ordered mine on 03/10 and got tracking within 4 days, and today it is showing out for delivery.

edit: Received my package yesterday. All in about 8 days from the day I made the payment.

Same, but I ordered on Feb 27th, and my emails were initially ignored, until I aired my dirty laundry to "her" [specifically tagged her] on their Telegram (or similar) and got an email response: to check on http://517track.com

That showed it begin moving a couple of days later, but only between warehouse/distribution/operations centers in China. Hopefully it's actually making progress.

I'm confident that I'll get my package if Customs doesn't, and suspect it's actually a replacement (I'll know by mfg date) sent to "save face" so they don't have to admit that the original was accidentally unshipped.

I wouldn't worry, I've accepted with this company your neighbor may get their pack in 6 days and yours may be 3 weeks. I ordered 2/28 and fed ex just got it late Friday so another 3 days or so. Either their shit only gets on a plane 2 or 3 times a month or what I truly suspect is half the time they don't have it stocked so it's 7 to 10 days till they get it, 3 days to get it out and a week or so for u to get it..

Sometime you see movement at same location. That's triangle shipping it's on purpose. That does not mean that your pachage is their. A couple of days after clearing customs it will start it's journey
