Glad the stress level came down. The puck is 95% mannitol (sugar). Whichever way you add bac water, the puck will dissolve within a few minutes. Swirl it, roll it, it will dissolve. And, the vial is normally under vacuum, so it will pull in your bac water with no effort. If you don't have a vacuum, you could wonder if air got into it, and if bacteria's had time to develop. So far, 34 weeks, all my vials had a strong vacuum.

Yeah I had to literally slow the syringe down because it was sucking it in so fast lol

It's still better to be burping than not burping. I'm not saying that the sulphur burps are great, but after having gas stuck in you that won't get out, taking something simethicone pills (Gas-X) is quite a relief. Simethicone works by making the gas bubbles in you smaller so they get out easier. I'm not telling anyone to take this preventively, but if you need to take the stuff, it's great. You can't become dependent on it and it has an extremely low rate of side effects.

After I'm done injecting bacteriostatic water, I always take the plunger out of syringe and stick it in the vial so that the vacuum isn't maintained. I dislike fighting with the vial to get the liquid out.

Yes it’s fine it will disolve once reconstituted.

When you're reconstituting is it okay to use the same 1ml syringe to withdraw the bac water after you put it in the product vial, lets say 3-5 times? Ideally I should have gotten a bigger one for that but I didn't really think about it lol. Also this is a good idea to remove the vacuum thanks for sharing

Not ideal to my standards, but most here will tell you it's fine.

I do remove the vacuum first by just inserting a needle for 5 sec. That way it does not foam like crazy when you mix the BAC

Yes it's normal I ordered 10 and they came in looking like a cotton pellet.. 😆

no just from handling lots of biological drugs there is no benefit and may cause damage to the peptide.

I'm not going to tell you what's okay since I don't actually know. I personally use a 3 ml syringe to withdraw the BAC. Due to its size, I only have a need to use it once.

I agree, anything new has a learning curve. The best thing to do is just limit your mistakes for example (learning from wonderful people on this forum)
