Will Reta show up on my blood work?

I just had my blood work done. It all came back great. Reta didn't "show up" at all. What did concern me was all the other peps, etc. that might have an influence. For example, I was taking creatine to help with muscle growth. Apparently, it will show up as a high level of creatinine, which indicates a kidney problem. You need to either cut it out, or explain it to your doctor. Just to be sure I cut out everything except my reta / tirz stack a month in advance. I won't bore everyone with the rest of my stack, but it is a good idea to run it through AI and make sure all of your other extra-curricular peps don't create wonky results.

Could it be detected in a blood test? I actually do not know, I cannot think of any reason a test would even have been developed, It is not an approved drug yet, GLP's are not even banned in sports, which would be an obvious reason to have a test for it. Maybe a forensic analysis could detect it?
If we want to steelman @nitetrak friend's concern, I don't think we'd be asking "can reta be detected," but rather ask "might reta cause some other drug test to show a positive result?" Since most of us don't work in labs, we like to imagine tests are specific enough to only detect the one thing that they're designed for, but that's not how lab tests actually work. As an example, if a lab test is designed to test a metabolite of illegal compound X, they'll detect not just X, but the use of any other compound that raises the concentration of the same (or possibly even similar) metabolites in the body.

I'd be really surprised if GLPs triggered any false positives, though. No need to perform a complex analysis to reach that conclusion. If that were at all common, I'm pretty sure at least one person would have complained about it on this forum by now.

It won’t show up on any drug tests, those tests id only narcotics and other illegal drugs. ..... grey/black market...
I mean I wouldn't sweat it if one sticks to established vendors and 3rd party tested products, but I hope you see the obvious fault in this logic in general. WE might know a certain vial isn't just a mystery powder, but if you're handing a vial to your friend saying "trust me bro," THEY have no way to know it doesn't contain illegal drugs mixed in too if you haven't spent time explaining the full system to them. 🤣

There are group buys in this space that will even run tests for fentanyl, which I personally think is excessive myself, but I get it. When a mystery powder is coming from another country from people that you've never met and don't know, I suppose one can never be too safe.

Every year at Halloween, people saying "lol nobody is giving your kids free drugs for trick or treat" cracks me up.

Just tell them you started doing the Mediterranean diet two days a week or something (since every clinician is convinced that's some sort of ideal diet) and they'll nod their head when they see that your labs significantly improved from last time.
The Mediterranean diet is legit elite. Healthy fats, lean meats, whole grains, fiber and lots of veggies and herbs. Reta + this diet will do wonders for your bloodwork. My triglycerides are 65, LDL is 75 and HDL is 63. I’m 54 and have heart disease, high cholesterol and high BP on both sides of my family. I’m the oldest of 3 and my younger brother and sister take meds for all those conditions. I take Reta, eat what’s considered the Mediterranean diet and stay in the gym. It works 🙂
