Who do you listen to or watch? Spotify, YouTube, etc.

I have a hard time with him, though. His vids, at least, are like half self promotion. Every time he starts to talk about actual content, he throws in another ask to like or subscribe or go to his site, or whatever.
I think most of them are that way. As much as I like Ashley, she wants to sell her classes, or have you by a Hume scale with her referral code. And, of course, they are all looking for customers that they can charge for a consultation.

What do ou guys think of the two following "influencers" or whatever one shall describe them? They both have their own agenda of course, both selling products and/or services, but can't write them of based only on that.

Trevor Bachmeyer - He seems to be very knowledgeable and well informed. Speaks as if he possesses the only truth and comes across as somewhat of a smart-ass which likes to argue. However, I also see that he receives quite a bit of criticism and negative feedback online. Anyhow, does provide some good insights every now and then.

Josh Holyfield - talks about everything health, longevity, fitness, nutrition etc. Does has some good posts and valuable information I think, and seems like a genuinely good guy who actually wants to help, but then again, always a little sceptical due to their motives. Really a gymbro-kinda guy, which I personally think is totally fine!

Anyone else following these profiles or has thoughts on their content?

I understand, but show me one of them who doesn't operate a clinic to sell over priced peptides. I'm only there for the info, not the sales pitch.

I like to always listening to something throughout the day. Can be music, podcast, a documentary on YouTube etc. I pretty much only use streaming services and YouTube for viewing content, it’s nice being able to pick exactly what you listen to or watch anywhere and any time. Plus there’s so many talented creators.

I enjoy things like the high performance podcast for listening whilst on the move.

Oh for sure, they all have a pitch, that's not a problem. My problem with him is that half of his video is directed at the pitch. It's a bit overkill....

I have mixed fealing about both of them. I dislike how they both talk, one to vulger, the other talks with there hands. But I like hearing what they have to say, as it often is different than what others are saying. I never take what either says as the truth.

This guy got caught cheating in a Crossfit competition. Apparently he filmed himself performing a few reps of an exercise, then edited the video to repeat the clip multiple times, giving the impression that he had performed many more reps than he actually had. Once I read about that I realized I couldn't really trust anything he said.
