I have a variety of podcasts that I listen to and was wondering who you follow or watch that gives good info? It doesn't have to be GLP1-based only. Here are several that I follow, please let yours as well. I'm always looking for great info and education.

In no particular order:

Talking with Docs Podcast. https://open.spotify.com/show/5VOwoic5K2AhdZwyVVNSai?si=6d3290e732c04aa9. These 2 MD's cover all manner of medically-related topics. And Dr. Zalzal can be pretty darn funny.

On The Pen with Dave Knapp . https://open.spotify.com/show/1N52SmdS5FtVKTKspld5t8?si=0e3844a78b9941a0. More news-oriented, but he is very on top of all things GLP1-related.

Fat Science with Dr. Emily Cooper. https://open.spotify.com/show/7v4FPIfIWejKeWV2uFokZe?si=37482d2b7e474712. Obesity is not a will-power problem.

Peptides Explained . https://open.spotify.com/show/0359UGZEs0e9ArUBbFVmxN?si=eebe81704a0b46ee. Ths guy is not an MD, but tries to focus on the science.

Docs Who Lift. https://open.spotify.com/show/2umc46jxx2i4qyjY0MRbDJ?si=772b24e6f43f427b. They are vehemently opposed to gray market and off-label usage of peps, but I like the education and perspective they provide. I don't have to agree with them. Not GLP1-focused only.

The Hunter Williams Podcast . https://open.spotify.com/show/5aVo13w6OaaGoZzqoJpBkT?si=6397691e53fc4e1a. I'm a little on the fence with this guy. He is not an MD, but perhaps more of an influencer. Somehow I find myself listening regularly, though.

This Is Not Covered with Dr. Ashley Froese. https://www.youtube.com/@DrAFroese/featured. She definitely does not judge.

What/who do you got?

I need to get into podcasts. Thanks for the leads.

Right now I'm mostly YouTube, a follower of Ashley Froese, Alex Tatem and a couple others I forget. I tend to prefer the MD's over the chiropractors. I like Tatem because he really pushes the boundaries and goes beyond peptides.

I use Audible for podcasts for ad free but the app sucks and is miserable to deal with.

I found my first good information sources from the UK’s FatOldClimber. He also has as click count calculator that I found useful in the early days but since just use maths to make a spreadsheet. Hence why I unusually use quickpen concentrations in my vial reconstitutions and reusable insulin pens. I like the sharp needles when they haven’t already gone into a vial before me. I’ve got tough skin 😎

During gym i listen to random music while doing resistance training. I find that difficult during incline walk so I throw on a random youtube video that lasts about the length of the walk and it helps me get through it faster

Great tips! I'll look into those, and already a big fan of some of them. Especially Dr. Alex Tatem and Ashley Froese are awesome.

I think also these accounts offer some good content every now and then:

I've been watching the content from bioavailable on YouTube. It's interesting to see how some of these peptides process in your body. He recently did a video on leaky gut I have to rewatch because I couldn't maintain focus.

This is basically what I do. Great minds or something like that.

I made a list of medical YouTubers I really like... of course YMMV.

All of these docs are major peptide fans, most are entertaining as well, and they really cover a lot of ground without heavy-handed medical jargon.

Being a norwegian guy, I get really hung up on some of the US folks always saying "like". Whats up with that, really? Some guys says it every second word it seems (like). Especially podcasts.

"Yeah, so, like, uhm....... Like, so lets say..... like, well" 😂😂

One more to add to this collective list: Dr. Ford Brewer, who focuses primarily on cardiovascular health. He's not a peptide guy, but can guide you to good supplements, diet, and exercises. He often covers his own health journey and his own improvements to his own cardiovascular health to mitigate his "bad genetics".

Dr. Jones, DC has some good information.
I have a hard time with him, though. His vids, at least, are like half self promotion. Every time he starts to talk about actual content, he throws in another ask to like or subscribe or go to his site, or whatever.
