Now a fourth group might sell elora next week for less than two bills for full kit. Same vendors. Same group that will do r30 for real cheap with frog logo. Move a lot of weight. Supposedly reputable.

Have my kit from uther for 2 weeks now. Second shot yesterday with 3mg. It hits now and feels different than cagri. Cagri was like a blunt damage weapon...elora is like a knife :-D Or...With Cagri, I often felt sick, and at certain times, really, really nauseous for 1 to 2 minutes. With Elora, it’s more like a wave you ride. No hunger, I feel full quickly, and absolutely no food cravings.

Which of the two would say is stronger in term of appetite suppression and satiety?

I was on almost 5mg with cagri and did almost feel nothing from it. Cagri doesn't work as well after just a few weeks. After 2 months, I stopped taking it as often because I could barely feel any effect, even at 5 mg. I think Elora is significantly more effective. But I've only been taking it for 2 weeks. Let's see how it goes.

Have you been on reta and tirz before?

Yeah, it was too good not to do it. I pulled the trigger, but I’ve been wondering since if Changsha is Chinese for dumb ass or something.
Since you wondered:

"Changsha" (长沙) literally translates to "Long Sand" in English.

Here is the breakdown of the characters:

Chang (长 / cháng): Long

Sha (沙 / shā): Sand

Context:

Changsha is the capital and largest city of Hunan Province in China. The name is historically believed to originate from the long stretch of sandy land and islands (such as the famous Orange Isle) located in the middle of the Xiang River, which flows directly through the city.

Do people always have to get their gallbladder removed with glp1s in cases like this? I'm assuming she was higher than normal risk of developing gallstones if she qualified for the trial. They need to start prescribing ursodeoxycholic acid (ursodiol) when people use glp1s/amylin agents, unless they are very low risk of developing gallstones.

It’s more about the fast weight loss than necessarily the medications. People who have similar quick weight loss from other methods, like gastric surgeries, are also at risk for gallbladder issues. The prophylactic use of ursodiol for glp1s isn’t as common as with bariatric populations, but might be more common when Reta is FDA approved.

Assuming not much has changed in general the approach is to remove the gallbladder if it is causing symptoms like biliary colic to prevent a stone from blocking the bile ducts or the pancreatic duct and causing cholecystitis, obstructive hepatitis or less commonly pancreatitis. A lot of people have gallstones with no symptoms and they are just left alone mostly.

In major rapid weight loss up to 10% can get gallstones, ( from bariatric surgery usually ) but is probably around 1% for glp treatment overall, which still makes it debatably the most common reason for glps putting you in the emergency department. While not everyone on GLPs is at high risk of gallstones in general a fairly high proportion are. I have never seen ursodeoxycholic acid mentioned as a good idea in the GLP studies but is online, it was often advised after bariatric surgery.

Im confused with how much glp1 people are taking to get effects and no hunger.

My sister in law is 5'1 278lbs yes a bell literally anyways she started using Retatrutide 1mg got to 4mg max and lost over 24lbs in her first year. Health weight loss..

Yes she had food cravings all along but she also eat smaller meals every 2.5 hrs , preparing all her meals for the week on Sundays. After every meal she also walked 15 to 20mins.

She used the gym 3 x per week interval training low weight high reps.

She maintained blood work to the best of her understanding working with knowledge obtained online fourms etc.

I can say if she did it anyone can really. If your not doing everything it takes and expecting glps to work then your just wasting your money and eatting junk lieing not only to yourself but others.

If you truely as a human being have passion and a will power GLPs and peptides really make it allot easier then its ever been.

Dont hate on me this is my personal opinion only. Giving excuses for this and that is old school bs.

Grab your boot straps do the the work
If we want to talk about confusion, I'm confused as to why you're even here. I mean, you seem to have it all figured out, yeah?

Your answer time and again is to cite passion and will as the answer to weight loss.

Great. Except that's not what this forum is about. Your "personal opinions" that you continue interjecting really aren't what people here are looking for.

People in a GLP-1 forum have heard this type of shit their whole lives and have already tried what you're peddling.

If you don't understand our experiences, my advice would be to try closing your mouth and start opening your ears and just listen for a while.

No hate, it is just all of us have lived through a history of failed diets, including exercise. Most of us have done this battle over decades and failed every time. But don't believe me or everyone here and their lived experience. Believe the research.

UCLA researchers who analyzed EVERY study of people who dieted for 2 to 5 years concluded that:

You can initially lose 5 to 10 percent of your weight on any number of diets, but then the weight comes back,” said Traci Mann, UCLA associate professor of psychology and lead author of the study. “We found that the majority of people regained all the weight, plus more. Sustained weight loss was found only in a small minority of participants, while complete weight regain was found in the majority. Diets do not lead to sustained weight loss or health benefits for the majority of people.

In addition, the studies do not provide consistent evidence that dieting results in significant health improvements, regardless of weight change. In sum, there is little support for the notion that diets lead to lasting weight loss or health benefits.

Researchers did an extensive review of weight loss studies, examining whether weight-loss leads to improved cholesterol, triglycerides, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and fasting blood glucose and test whether the amount of weight lost is predictive of these health outcomes. Across all studies, there were minimal improvements in these health outcomes, and none of these correlated with weight change.

They conclude: “ If diets do not lead to long-term weight loss or long-term health benefits, it is difficult to justify encouraging individuals to endure them.” (2013 research by Tomiyama, Ahlstrom, and Mann.)

"Don't hate on me for hating on you." ?

GTFO here with that judgemental bullshit man, are you really that self absorbed?

Sema and tirz both give me anhedonia, and this chest anxiety/tachycardia, reta doesnt, but i want more appetite suppressant.

Same. My latest theory is that GLP-1s exasperate low Vitamin D symptoms. This is supported at least somewhat, In trials some people were below lab normal at 6 months (maybe 7%?) and that number doubled at the 12 month mark.

Mine were in the basement; I’m working on getting it up before making another go at it.

My health practitioner wants my levels in the top 1/3 of lab normal. I’m all in if I can get on the tirz train.

Yes he is. I have him on Ignore too. That column is filling up on here. I've belong to another automotive for 23 years and never had anyone on Ignore, but he's the 3rd one here since I joined. All think they're brilliant.

Had to join you, he's my second here.

I took the risk and purchased a kit--not sure if they reached their minimum and haven't heard anything from them. Fingers crossed.
It looks like R&T met the MOQ. I got an email a few days ago. Is that where you got it from?

We have to remember the raw materials are in the pennies. They can sell a vial of semaglutide for 3 bucks. Saying a gram is 2000 is misleading and inaccurate. Changsa and other low cost options will go through testing and COA, that will be the ultimate proof.

Who do I have to suck to not have to read this whole thread and 200+ posts and just give me some vendors who carry it?

Yes I want other people to do the job for me that's when the sucking takes place.
