Not usually. Same with most other American vendors, but most of them charge extra for using non-crypto options.

Not me. I don't see what's so great about ti if it is mostly a control for hunger. Most overweight people want the benefits of the GLPs.

Similar to my other post. This drug seems more like an add on for people with severe hunger control issues or who don't respond well to the appetite suppression the GLP-1, GIP, Glucagon drugs provide.

I am sure influencers will hype this, but why go after 1 health issue when you can go after three with a single drug. Lilly is just dragging out the inevitable. Mixing the eloralintide with the reta for the Quadrotutide. They'll just keep a steady stream going with breaks in between to keep the money printing.

I used it for a year in a clinical trial. Since then I have mostly been using zepbound. I tried reta, but it dropped by BP too much and kept me up a lot with night sweats. I haven't lost more than 10 pounds with a year of zepbound. It has been good for maintaining, but can't wait for eloralintide. I felt great on it. It did all of the things tirz does for me. I think my inflammation was a little better on eloralintide. I was still actively losing when the trial ended.

Nothing wrong with reducing the burden at the 3 other receptors, in fact there will likely be synergy. With Retatrutide providing the metabolic improvements, and Eloralintide reducing the psychological compulsion to overeat. Trials have even noted Elora has a very streamlined appetite suppression. I would wager its "smoother" then Sema and tirz.

Feel free to use your AI to compare adverse events between the Elora trials and sema/tirz/reta trials. Focus on the GI adverse events, and nausea events.

Anything that slows down digestion is going to cause nausea. These drugs are lifetime drugs. They are not meant to be stopped and started.

- It's not just about the benefits but mitigations of side effects, and improvements over time are not always linear: Tirz might be one step above Sema, Reta might be 2 steps forward and one step backwards from Tirz

- We have to look forward in the future, I assume 20 years from now these compounds would be considered "barbaric" but they are necessary steps, so any new research is a new piece of the puzzle

- We're all addicted and irrational at times. Waiting for the next new shiny compound it's like waiting for the iphone 18 when the iphone 15 works perfectly, but maybe those tiny improvements are meaningful for someone

In an interview with "some lady & her AI ghostwriter" , Peter at Jano said that they've tested elora from another vendor beside Uther, so that's promising. He wouldn't disclose the vendor. Uther is sold out of this first batch .
