I come across so many strength training apps I’m wondering which might be the ‘best’ option even though that’s subjective.

Things I look for:

Program Variety

Being able to select equipment being used

Recording sets/reps with progressive overload overtime

Ai implementation; create routines sir adjusts based on input, goals etc

Simplicity

Analytics

Dashboard metrics

Apps I’ve seen recently:

https://www.boostcamp.app/

https://www.overlo.app/

https://myoadapt.com/

http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/starting-strength-warmup/id438620117?mt=8

Coming soon… MacroFactor

What’s your go to and why?

I've been using Hevy. The interface is very intuitive and I find the metrics provided to be informative. The free option is just what I need.

I'll check it out thanks

I use Hevy as well. I've created a couple workouts for different locations and use it to track what weights I'm lifting. I don't know if it has AI implmenation or any programs built in, but it does a good job tracking.
