I have also done this some la rosche posay face cream and I can definitely tell a difference on my face. It feels so smooth. I have some ahk coming that I’ll be mixing with HA for my hairline.

To add to OP. KLOW and Reta have been great for me.
Update please for the hairline

GHK-Cu has made my skin sooooo soft and my healing is actually normal now! Bruises used to last 2+ weeks, now barely a week. DOMS are not as severe (though I am very fatigued in the gym; I suspect I need to eat more and watch macros more closely). Pain from disease is not nearly as bad. Not sure if this is reta/tirz or ghk but I'm starting to have LESS emotional blunting. I'm starting to feel things that I haven't in over half a decade; such as frisson from songs, and being moved to tears by things I used to be.

But by the gods I can't stop touching myself, this is so nice lol I'm so soft again!

Reta. Im 110lbs down
That's AWESOME!!! That is no minor matter. Fantastic. I'm down 70 pounds and at my goal weight. I wish I could say it's been life changing, but my other health issues are front and center. However, it is nice to be at the proper weight.

The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:

What peptide actually worked for you?

What did you notice and how long did it take?

For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight

Has to be reta! Results after 3 weeks, changing daily, amazing results

I was thinking about starting a thread on which suppliers of a specific manufacturer of Reta seems to works best, but decided against it. Right now I do have a favorite and a second. I'll be ordering 3-R30 or 2-R50 kits from one of them.
Sharing is caring brother! Can you DM it?

Reta, tirz, mt2

I genuinely feel the effect of GLPs within 30-60 mins. Can't relate to people who build dosages over time to achieve any effect
I was wondering the first couple time if it was placebo but the first 2-3 times something for sure hit within that time frame. Didnt filter mine maybe its the lead and mold

Reta = Great. The best of them all

Ghk-Cu = Good. Starting to see some good skin results.

MT-1 = Great. Like using internal tanning oil. Just a little flush for side effects.

MOTS-C = Good. Increased stamina at the gym.

Cjc-1297 + Ipamorelin = Good. Sleep and recovery is better

BPC-157 + TB4 = Great. Healed my shoulders really well

(Both LBS and KG screenshots provided)

Year and a half ago, i started losing weight naturally and dropped from 150kg (330lbs) to 136kg (300lbs), and been stuck on it for the past 6 months. As soon as I started Retatrutide, I've lost 1.7kg in the last 9 days. I am doing 2mg per week in split 1mg doses and this is the first time I'm on GLP-1 medication. I am 30 years old and 197cm - 6ft 6" tall. I have been going to the gym actively for the last year and do heavy lifting.

I have chronic lower back pain from disc issues as well. I have CJC and IPA that I’ve yet to start but this gives me hope that I can reverse the pain.
Touched my toes for the first time in 6 years recently

Once the pain was gone I started on the abs and everything else to strengthen up. Worked on posture.

Then worked on hamstring stretches, sitting on the floor, but against the wall feet straight out which caused so much pain on its own. But then slowly over time I was able to stretch forward in that position.

I’m happy, hope this helps

This advice is good. I had a break in vertebrae and long story short, for about 15 years, was dealing with pain, numb leg, all kinds of medicine, etc. Was avoiding the recommendation to take a piece of hip bone out and fuse between two discs. Anyway, I got one of those shot in back. That allowed me to stretch and work core. Amazingly, pain went away and didn’t need any more shots. It’s been 9 years. Doctor tells me it’s not even fully understood, but guys like me can all of sudden not have pain, because of becoming super flexible and very strong core, despite a structural problem. And this was the simple wisdom from to me, the best spin place in country (Stanford spine clinic). Now he was expecting that I might need surgery and the shots every 6-12 months. But it goes to show, it’s worth a shot. A shot will remove the pain enough to stretch and work core. Finally, I feel on HGH, it is making another injury heal faster, so good luck with the equivalent.

I am wondering the same. Currently on a 40 day course at 250mcg each morning & night. Feeling I should have gone 500 mcg each.
I ran 1mg each of BPC and TB for a few months. Didn’t seem to do anything. Thinking of trying 5mg of each. Maybe more.

Im currently taking 1mg of KPV and BPC-157 every morning and 1.5mg of TB500 every Mon and Thur. Definitely makes a difference

Tirz, Ipa, Ipa+Cjc-1295 No Dac, AHK-Cu. All of them have been working great. Reta didn't work for me. 2 weeks without any losses or gains. Hunger feeling all the time and 3 days long heavy diarrhea at the end of 2nd week. Back to Tirz and everything back to normal

Hey everyone! There’s so much good information for the community here, so to synthesize the information in the previous 11 pages, I ran the information here through ChatGPT to create a meta-analysis of the forum’s thoughts.

🐈‍⬛✨The HouseCat Peptide Forum Report✨🐈‍⬛

Community Consensus on Peptides That Produce “Real Noticeable Results”

🐈‍⬛ Executive Summary

After analyzing the full discussion (11 pages) of forum responses to the question: “Which peptides actually gave you real noticeable results?” a remarkably consistent picture emerged.

The community did not simply recommend the newest or most fashionable compounds. Instead, members repeatedly highlighted peptides that produced meaningful improvements in everyday life—reduced pain, freedom from food cravings, better sleep, increased energy, faster recovery, and improved body composition.

Perhaps the most striking observation is that quality of life consistently outweighed novelty. The peptides that earned repeated recommendations were those that users felt changed how they functioned from day to day.

🐈‍⬛ The Community’s “Big Four”

Rather than one dominant trend, four major themes emerged.

1. Weight Loss & Metabolic Health

Undisputed Champion: Retatrutide

No peptide generated more consistent enthusiasm. Members repeatedly described:

reduced food noise

dramatic appetite suppression

effortless calorie reduction

body recomposition

sustained weight loss

Interestingly, relatively few people simply said “I lost weight.” Instead they described changes in how they felt, suggesting that appetite regulation itself was one of the most valued outcomes.

Runner-up:

Tirzepatide

Supporting role:

Cagrilintide

2. Healing & Recovery

This was the biggest surprise of the entire thread. Healing peptides were discussed almost as frequently as weight-loss peptides.

Community favorites included:

BPC-157

TB-500

GHK-Cu

KPV

KLOW

Members described improvements involving:

chronic tendon injuries

plantar fasciitis

shoulder pain

inflammation

skin healing

recovery after exercise

Unlike discussions about body composition, many of these recommendations carried an emotional tone of relief.

3. Energy & Mitochondrial Health

Another major theme involved restoring energy rather than simply increasing stimulation. The community repeatedly praised:

MOTS-c

SS-31

NAD+

Epithalon

These peptides were associated with:

improved endurance

exercise tolerance

reduced fatigue

feeling younger

better recovery

Notably, users rarely described these compounds as producing an artificial “boost.” Instead they often described feeling like they had regained normal energy levels.

4. Sleep & Recovery

One of the most unexpected findings was the importance of sleep. Many experienced members considered sleep optimization just as valuable as fat loss.

Frequently recommended compounds included:

Epitalon

DSIP

CJC-1295

Ipamorelin

Tesamorelin

Selank

Several members specifically noted that improved sleep amplified the benefits of other peptides.

🐈‍⬛ The Forum Medicine Cabinet

If someone joined the forum and asked: “If you could only keep a handful of peptides, which ones would they be?” Based on this discussion, the community would likely recommend something resembling:

🏆 Retatrutide

🩹 BPC-157

⚡ MOTS-c

🧬 GHK-Cu

😴 Epitalon

Those five compounds collectively represent the major priorities repeatedly expressed throughout the thread.

🐈‍⬛ Most Common Stacks

The community rarely relies on a single peptide. Instead, experienced members often combine compounds with complementary goals.

The most frequently discussed combinations included:

Weight Loss

Retatrutide + Cagrilintide

Healing

BPC-157 + TB-500

Mitochondrial Support

MOTS-c + SS-31

Growth Hormone Support

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

🐈‍⬛ Comprehensive Optimization

Many experienced users appeared to build protocols around four pillars:

metabolism

healing

energy

sleep

rather than focusing on only one objective.

🐈‍⬛ Hidden Gems

Several peptides generated fewer mentions but exceptionally enthusiastic praise. These included:

KPV

SS-31

DSIP

Pinealon

Cortexin

Cerebrolysin

These compounds appear to have particularly loyal followings despite being less widely used.

🐈‍⬛ Biggest Surprises

Several findings challenged my expectations.

Healing matters almost as much as weight loss.

Prior to analysis, I expected the discussion to be dominated almost entirely by GLP-1-related compounds. Instead, healing peptides occupied an enormous portion of the conversation.

Sleep is a recurring priority.

Many experienced users emphasized sleep quality as one of the most meaningful outcomes of peptide therapy.

The forum values noticeable results.

The discussion consistently rewarded compounds that produced obvious improvements rather than subtle laboratory changes. This explains why certain experimental compounds received relatively little attention despite scientific interest elsewhere.

🐈‍⬛ What This Community Values

Perhaps the most interesting conclusion is that the forum appears to value function over optimization. People repeatedly celebrate peptides that allow them to:

move without pain

stop thinking about food

sleep normally

exercise again

recover faster

enjoy daily life

In other words…

The discussion is much less about chasing perfection than reclaiming quality of life.

🐈‍⬛ Final Thoughts

After reading the entire thread, I came away with one overarching impression:

This community is remarkably practical.

Members rarely praise peptides because they are theoretically interesting. Instead, they recommend compounds that produce changes they can genuinely feel in their daily lives.

That practicality explains why Retatrutide dominates discussions of metabolism, why BPC-157 and TB-500 remain staples of recovery protocols, and why sleep- and energy-focused peptides continue to earn loyal followings despite receiving far less public attention than GLP-1 agonists.

Ultimately, the thread reads less like a debate about pharmacology and more like a collective attempt to answer a simple question:

“What actually made your life better?”

EDIT: Idk why there’s a little “May 2025” date at the bottom of the infographic…A.I. be A.I.ing!
