BPC-157, TB-500, IGF-1 DES, PEG MGF, have objectively worked for me.
What side effects do you have?PeptideConsumer said:mt2 turned me from white skin never tans, to be Greek looking.
Wonderful chemical, until the side effects hit.

Reta, Pinealon, epitalon, semax. Selank. Cortexin. Oxytocin390120 said:The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.
I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:
What peptide actually worked for you?
What did you notice and how long did it take?
For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight
Melanotan and the triple agonist. Skinny and tan.390120 said:The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

What's your Tesa protocol? I'm trying to decide between that and CJC/IPA and a there's a lot of talk about 2mg/day and at that rate a kit is only 50 doses. I'd be curious to hear your opinion since you've tried both.bonelifts said:Tesa - Added this after dropping 35-40 lbs on Reta. Leveled off my weight loss and focused on enhanced body recomp. Amazing sleep with Tesa as well as continued and compounding results in recomping my body. Vascularity is off the charts for my with this and midsection on point.
CJC/IPa - I initially tried this prior to Tesa, initially liked it great sleep and felt good working out. About 5-6 weeks in, it really impacted my joints and for the first time since being on any of these protocols felt like I was going back to pre-peptide state feeing wise. So I subsided and replaced this with Tesa and never looked back.

May I ask the dose and type of GH, or is it just HGH?miameow said:It has to be GH for me. There really is nothing like it, when it comes to just improving overall sense of well-being as well as making me both look and feel great at my age. Very few compounds can single handedly achieve so many things at once. It just made everything else work better as well. And where did my waist go?
Just Chinese grey HGH; I take 3iu, 1iu in the morning and 2iu in the evening.dondada109 said:May I ask the dose and type of GH, or is it just HGH?
Tirz worked really well for me, lowered my blood pressure and inflammation from arthritis as well as my weight, and kept me uninterested in sweets and alcohol which also helps with weight loss. THEN, I decided to switch to Reta for the fat loss as my fat levels are still high. Absolutely loving the clearing of brain fog and the increased energy, as I have Chronic Fatique Syndrome, but food noise and cravings are back and im constipated despite lots of fibre, AND Ive put on 4lbs! I WISH I could take the good from each one . .. how do you choose which is best?!390120 said:The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

Does it only work while you're taking it?miameow said:Just Chinese grey HGH; I take 3iu, 1iu in the morning and 2iu in the evening.
yes, only while you're on it.Pixel-pocket said:Does it only work while you're taking it?

I feel like Semax and Selank didn’t do anything at all to me.Chili777 said:Reta, KPV, Epitalon, Semax and Selank all had the advertised effects on me. Running SS-31 now with Oral NR, too early to say until the Mots-C stage.
Hey man. I heard SLU can't be injected because when it's reconstituted.... I don't remember the chemistry behind it BUT the potency of SLU becomes dramatically less.Chucky said:I’ve gone from having a fridge full of peptides and pinning 6–7 times a day to just three times a day now.
Right now my routine is basically:
Day 1: Reta, SS31 or SLUPP, plus TB500
Day 2: MOTS‑C and TB500
Day 3: Repeat Day 1
I’m almost out of TB500 and haven’t reordered because I’m planning to switch over to BPC157 daily instead. Honestly, running them together never made a huge difference for me in terms of recovery. I mainly used BPC for injuries.
I also rotate SS31 and SLUPP332 in 6 week blocks on my Reta days.
As for why I run Reta every other day. I used to take CAG for sugar cravings between my twice weekly Reta doses. I ended up experimenting with smaller, every other day Reta doses instead, and it worked just as well for me. The only downside is now I’ve got a freezer full of unused CAG, plus Tesa, IPA, and NAD+ which I don't plan on using again.
Since last December I’ve dropped about 48 lbs (22 kg). I thought about adding BAM15, but that would mean rotating it with SS31 and SLUPP, and honestly, with the weight still coming off steadily, I don’t see a reason to add anything else right now.

You stack both? I'm in Camp Tirz4Life at this point, as it works for food noise and I have zero sides, but I've noticed recently that when I do eat, I don't get full as much. I've had a kit of reta I picked up during the holidays and am slowly adding that into my rotation. I just started this week with .5 as I want to get some of the benefits going but mitigate the sides I got the last time I gave it a try earlier this year when I titrated up quickly. I'm hoping to get to a good balance of tirz ans reta in the next couple of months.Pixel-pocket said:Tirz worked really well for me, lowered my blood pressure and inflammation from arthritis as well as my weight, and kept me uninterested in sweets and alcohol which also helps with weight loss. I'm only going to list things i've verified that worked for me according to measurements/bloodwork
- Reta - obvious
- CJC+GHRP2 - increased my IGF1 levels by about 60% in bloodwork
- CJC-DAC - Increased my IGF1 levels by about 3x in bloodwork
- Enclomiphene - Doubled my testosterone over the course of a month
- HCG - +80% testosterone in about a week (effects with enclomiphene were not additive, capped at about +100% total boost)
- DSIP - Increased ~10% ratio of deep sleep according to my fitness tracker (although rather than reducing the level of wakefulness or light sleep, it reduced the level of REM sleep)

I was paying about $25/g for it from an American manufacturer. >99% enclo purity on hplczexze said:I purchased Enclomiphene and got Clomid in stead, Im not sure if I want to take anotor $300 hit.

Yeah, I've always heard that NR has the best actual science behind it and seems like a strong fit mechanistically. TruNiagen is the biggest brand of course.Chili777 said:I've been taking TruNiagen NR for almost 10 years, so I just continued it for the 14-week protocol. I've read that NR, NMN and NAM, as precursors of NAD+, reliably raise NAD-related biomarkers in human testing. Many people have reported good results from NAD+, but I just didn't see a reason to change from what I was already taking. Independent studies have shown that TruNiagen is one of the top two commercially available sources of NR.
The issue I found with NMN is, according to a study done about 5 years ago, commercially available products vary widely as to the amount of NMN in the product. 64% of those tested, had zero or very low levels and didn't match the label claims. Doublewood did well, but it was one of the few.
