Which peptide gave you real, noticeable results?

CJC no DAC/Ipa - I'm on week five and titrated up slowly the first few weeks as it's been my first foray into grey peptides. I'm yet to really see composition results, although I do feel more energetic in the gym and back up the next day better than previously.

Where it's really shining for me is sleep. The below graph speaks volumes. The last 12 days are when I've hit the top dose I intend to for this cycle (300mcg per night, fasted). Interestingly, I also did not get the typical facial warmth/flushing until this dose too, so I was wondering if I'd been sold a pup initially. I have also been taking Epi the last five nights.

Ipamorelin and CJC NODAC are absolutely giving me the expected GH pulses , I can feel them. I think it longer term monitoring is needed for observable effects.

Yeah, it seems to be permanent. I think that's why the noticeable changes lessen each cycle. The first one felt like I was becoming a superhuman. Now it's just like, meh. I think I'm reaching my peak mitochondrial health. This ⬆️ i am trying to figure out if i want to try Tesa, AOD, SLUPP, LIPOC or some other thing after 4 months ion tirz to help energy, belly/thugh fat, loose skin and counteract the drama of becoming 40 next month lol but everyone is always stacking so much together and I want to know what each one does for me and if I stack I won't know where the benefits are coming from lol

It all depends on your goal. With those as your interest, I'm guessing weight loss is your goal. If so, I would definitely go with tesa as the next addon.

Slupp does next to nothing at doses we typically run. In order to get any benefit, you are looking at insane doses (were talking grams, not milligrams) and the cost is just as insane. The only people I have seen run it effectively are professional bodybuilders and that's because they typically don't have to buy their own stacks. You also cant mix it with water. So you can mix it with DMSO for subq, which is a PITA and unpleasant to say the least, or you can get oral caps.

AOD has been shown to do next to nothing in clinical trials. It was promising in rodent studies, but that didn't transfer to humans as well as hoped.

And Lipo C/B is nice for energy due to all the B vitamins, but it isn't going to do what is promised buy the wellness clinics. I still take it because I bought a big bottle from a compounding pharmacy and don't want to waste money. Also, don't buy lipo from peptide companies. Almost all of it is just red dye in water. If you want it, get it from a compounding pharmacy. I get mine (Bio Boost Plus) from Defy.

Of course this is all just my personal opinion on the ones you mentioned and YMMV.
 
Without a doubt Retatrutude. I’m gonna try more peptides in different phases of my lifting season to see what happens.

Just to add to this, according to the researchers who created SLU-PP-332 it does not have oral bioavailability, so the caps won’t do you much good either lol. They’ve developed SLU-PP-915, which does have bioavailability for the same purpose, but so far I haven’t seen anywhere to get it. If anyone has I’d definitely be interested to know where, or any vendors in here can maybe get cracking on it lol.

Funny you say that about lipo because I felt my lipo from the comp pharm but j got a bottle from a research co, not quite gray but almost (between telehealth and gray there's those pep companies) and it feels like nothing. I have been hearing so much good about tesa and yes, my weight and belly & thigh fat are my targets, along with good muscle preservation due to almost being 40 lol seems like I'll just have to take so much and I'm not sure where to start. I appreciate your insights about AOD and SLUPP. Just heard a podcast last night that really pushed me towards tesa and your comment is kinda confirmation.

GHK-Cu sub made a difference to my scaly white ass legs.

I added GHK-Cu to some amazon Hyaluronic Acid Serum and that had INCREDIBLE results! Get a basic Hyaluronic Acid Serum from amazon. I got Good Molecules. I added the equivalent of 2% GHK-CU (from my subc vial) to the serum and swirled it around and it turned a clear faint blue color. Used twice a day has made a huge difference. I did it for fun and it actually worked.

My sleep has been absolute garbage since my dearest friend died three years ago, and when my father went, it got even worse. I have three years worth at a 20 day 1mg per day cycle 2x per year, and am stressed because I never, ever want to run out. And also it might maybe possibly make me live longer? Shoot, I hoarded KLOW for less evidence of a smaller promise than that!
I read something that the russian version was testing a variant that was somehow stronger and thats why they were at mcg instead of mg, im planning to start a cycle as soon as it comes in and was gonna do 5mg a day for 20 days but may just have to do 1mg and see how that goes. When are you dosing your epi by chance? Morning vs afternoon im not seeing much on

other way around--the Russian version was supposedly weaker. people DO do 5 mg per day and it doesn't seem to hurt anybody, but I got plenty of benefit from 1. And I am WILDLY inconsistent with my dosing time of day. It's "when I remember I haven't yet today, which might be ten am, noon, five, or nine thirty." Never felt any difference.

Yea I read correctly but typed out wrong, thats what I get for browsing the fourms at midnight. Might just have to start at .5mg then and see how that does though.

Reta has been wonderful to me in so many ways. Aside from the weight loss, it bumped up my energy a ton and makes it so much easier getting through 12.5 hour shifts where I may not get a chance to eat. I also really like MOTS C for energy.
@SITHRE are you getting MOTS C lumps? If NO - what's the secret?

I am not getting the lumps, but I'm also using a really small amount. Like, 1mg per injection. Not sure what dosage you're using but maybe you can try a small dose and titrate your way up? I noticed a difference energy wise at 1mg so never bothered going beyond that.

Good thinking, I will lower the dose. Now I'm also noticing bad reactions to Glutathione. Using hospira, so not a BAC water thing. I think I am one of those super sensitive souls. SIGH.
 
I've been on a cycle of GHK-Cu for about 7 weeks. 2mg. I pin in the side of my butt to avoid the spice.

My ass has never felt better.

Are you pinning 2mg per day or every other day? Have you noticed any other benefits? 😆

Every day. Started on 1mg the first month. I have noticed some improvements in skin texture. My heels are usually cracked no matter what I do. They are baby smooth.
