Where do you inject yourself?

I do stomach. Plenty of real estate there. 😆 I use my thighs for the stupid auto injector(hate them!) that one of my meds comes in. So that's an option when I don't have as much squishy belly to inject into.

Some peps like tirz have been documented to cause lipohypertrophy where you get these fatty lumps under your skin from always injecting in the same place. Unpleasant so I suggest rotating.

Another nice trick is to pin on a general side or location for different peps. That way if one of them is giving you an ISR, you know which one!

No need--the answer is "It's KLOW. It's ALWAYS KLOW." 😀

I currently inject HGH daily and Reta once a week subcutaneously in my abdomen. On top of that, I get one intramuscular testosterone injection every week.

The thing is, I'm thinking of injecting Reta twice a week and splitting my TRT dose as well, but I'm going to look like a sieve, haha.

Where do you guys usually inject? I'm thinking of injecting HGH in my shoulders, even if it's just a small intramuscular injection with my 8mm insulin syringes.

#'s 1-106 in a clockwise rotation for SQ, and i just alternate glutes twice weekly. For IM test, occasionally ill go into my thighs.

I was doing all abdomen until I started to get some bruising. I'm glad that the bruising got me to start rotating. I've found a good 8 spots that I know I can pin without problem. My favorite place is upper thigh. For Glow, direct center of the butt cheek is perfect, but thigh is also fine. I've never tried love handles.

I rotate quadrants on my abdomen. I have considered thigh, but have no need to try yet with just one weekly injection so far. Not too keen on back of arm yet, it'd be my luck I'd develop a welt and have to refract all day.

Something curious happens to me: I have areas where I inject myself that usually bleed often, like my lower abdomen below my navel, which is quite vascularized in that particular area. Does this happen to you?

Rotating around the navel many times I’ve only ever bled once, very very early on, lower left of navel- but I inserted the needle slow (I was not confident yet). I only had a few pins under my belt at this time and this one hurt, then bled when I pulled the needle out, then later had a small bruise. I’ve never inserted slowly ever again, never bled again.

I pin reta in my abs but did accidentally pin my booty last week and that seemed fine too. Didn't notice a difference in efficacy, side effects, or how quickly I felt anything.

How did you accidentally stick it in your booty?

I do TRT ventrogluteal. I read about it here, watched a video on youtube, and swear by it now.

I've always done peptides in the thigh.

So I poked myself in the butt (upper outer glute) with my Reta shot yesterday for the first time.. you know, testing the waters for things to come (GHK-Cu) and I have an unexpected result.

The pin itself was zero discomfort/feeling whatsoever, less noticeable than my belly pinches which generally don’t hurt but I can feel it.

However, today, the spot on my butt is a little tender/sore- more than I’ve noticed on my abs/belly.

🤷‍♂️

You might’ve gotten into the muscle a bit. Same thing happened to me once when I started trying the fattyish area between triceps and shoulder. I got low and got some im. Didn’t hurt at the time and the next day it wasn’t pain as such just felt like a strain in a quarter size area. No biggie

I was wondering about sitting down after that area.

Usually in the kitchen
Same. I keep a kitchen cabinet with supplies and lay out what I need on the counter under it. Then do subq injections in either the stomach or love handle/upper butt cheek.

I pin tirz in my belly area, upper thighs and sometimes back of arms, although it is harder on back of arms, you may need assistance to do this. Effect wise show no significant difference.
