Yes 1/mg is the cheapest reta has been available for general purchase. What are you afraid of missing out on? We've seen reta prices dropping over the last couple months. I paid $485 for 400mg. I’m not heartbroken about it. I paid so much more for tirz last year. 
And I’m 15lbs away from the goal weight I set with my doc 4 years ago and 25lbs away from a healthy BMI. I started at a bmi of 41 so I’m happy with my progress and I think I have enough Reta to get me where I need to be.
