So, when I reconsitute a 3ml vial with 60mg of tirz, is my best bet 3ml of bac water? Giving me a 20mg per ml dose?

Brello does 22mg per ml. So i know i can go at least a little farther, but the new hallandale came out with a high concentration of 15, why so low? How concentrated can it be?

Your dose is going to depend on how much of the reconstituted liquid you inject. If you use 3mL of BAC you can still divide it up however you want. You could have 60 doses worth of 1mg all the way up to one big injection of the full 60mg (NOT recommended!) Yes, they do make syringes that big. (OW!)

I think that one of the best parts of being in the grey market is how you can customize your dosage without having to ask anyone for permission. If you want to use 15mg a week .. do that. If you want 25mg you can do that too. Just keep in mind that if anything goes wrong .. well, you really only have yourself to blame.

Anyway .. the first thing you need to know is approximately how many mg is really in the vial. You do this by checking out a the tests that have been done.

Here is and example of one done on a batch of 60mg Tirz that Nexaph sold out of

--> The Test <--

This batch had 4 different vials tested and the results say 65.95mg, 66.44mg, 66.66mg and 65.69mg .. so it would be reasonable to estimate that each vial has about 66mg

The next thing to know is what do you want your target dose to be. You mentioned 22mg was what Brello was giving you .. well these vials would give you 3 doses of that each.

Now it doesn't really matter if you use 1mL of BAC or 3mL to do it .. what would change is how much you would inject to get to that dose. Say you just use 1mL then you would only fill your syringe with 33 units or dial your injection pen to 33. But if you use 3 mL of back then you would need to give yourself 100 units.

And would I like to make that concentration higher if I can, say 25, maybe higher! Ty again for your well thought out response I appreciate you!!!

Personally i aim for atleast 2ml BAC for recon and between 10-30 unit for injecting for comfort.

And also i try not to have the amount of doses last for more than 2 months to minimize sterility and peptide stability issues.

It's just my personal preference.

Don't think about the concentration ratio...it's minimally relevant, and not even Big Pharma uses that approach.

Massively huge subq injections (like 2 mL!) have been shown in medical journal published reports) to be irritating to the local tissue. Excessively tiny ones are harder to control, with a small bit more or less of liquid drawn into your skin-jab syringe has more "leverage" (so to speak) in changing your actual dosage.

Find a convenient numbered tick on your particular syringe type. I shoot for something between 15 and 30 units. I like syringes with a tick for each unit (not every other), and numbers every 5.

Then use the reverse calculator that's linked in my signature (rotate your phone if you don't see it), entering in the vial's actual tested mass in mg. You can scroll down in the calculator to convert to mcg where indicated.

I like 1.2ml for 30mg, so 2.4ml for 60mg. That means every 10 units you draw up contains (approx) 2.5mg of active ingredient. Every unit contains 0.25mg of active ingredient. This makes dosing tidy. Tirz starter dose would be 10 units. Month two go up to 20 units. Month three 30 units.....

60/240=0.25

Good point! ; if your vial is going to take you through planned titration, anticipate it, taking your syringes into account

Thank you indolent, I will give that a try!

Not to much and not to little, Appreciate the time and the excellent advice!

I REALLY like this idea, ty so much. You and Indolent have been really gracious and helpful!
