I havent used the 3d printer since Covid, but this is inspiring me.

So organized and chic!! Love it!Pocket said:Most of the containers you see here are printed. The only ones I havent personally printed are the red one and the rainbow one. In the pic I have my alcohol wipe and pen needle dispenser, my 30iu needle dispenser, a container to hold all my empty sterile vials (the one with the hamster on it), and the one on the shelf above with the blue latches. I keep my spare 10ml vials in there. Ohh and on top of the wipe and needle dispenser is my pen case.

Very nice, and thanks for all the links!!BrightCandle said:Peptide wise I have prints of the following:

Those are the peptide prints I have done on my Sovol SV08, all in black PETG due to use in fridge/freezer for the most part.

What software are you using? I use solid works at my job. Thinking about getting fusion 360 for home. Messing around on Tinkercad right now. Definitely cant do much with it compared to the other softwares.BNLFL said:I'm working on some CAD stuff.

Is it free for personal use or do you have to pay now?Pocket said:I rock Fusion myself.

I just spent a long frustrating time using TinkerCAD. My first time in the CAD space, and man, I am just not patient enough for design!! Printing the project now and keeping my fingers crossed cuz it's a 14hr/300g project.Rosco P. Coltrane said:What software are you using? I use solid works at my job. Bambu A1 Combo...I will have no need to go outside the "Bambu universe" with open source anything, cuz even though I'm a fun weirdo, when it comes to 3D printing I'm just a basic bitch!Rosco P. Coltrane said:Yes she bought a bunch for herself off Amazon the other day. The problem I have with Tinkercad is that all of the buttons and commands are dang near opposite then the software I use at work. So its starting to throw me off a little lol
But just keep using it and you will get the hang of it. I used chat gpt for a lot of the settings in bambu studio. It really helped me out a lot and saved a bunch of time. Im always changing the settings for stuff that's already programmed. I mainly print in petg so I have to switch it to that instead of pla quite a bit. I cant quite remember.. Did you say that you ended up getting a Bambu p1s?

Best of luck!...I hope your projects turn out awesome!!HouseCat said:Bambu A1 Combo...I will have no need to go outside the "Bambu universe" with open source anything, cuz even though I'm a fun weirdo, when it comes to 3D printing I'm just a basic bitch!
I just got my first TPU and PETG from MicroCenter today...I have a massive project coming up and @Pocket gave me some good tips on how to prepare for and use them. I'm excited and nervous since it will be like a 30hr print with the longest leg being over a day. My poor lil Bambi (my printer's name) is gonna get a workout! There have only been 2 days since I got it that it hasn't been cranking out stuff!

The great thing is that even when they don't, I always learn something.Flash-BCR said:Best of luck!...I hope your projects turn out awesome!!![]()

I did 3D CAD design work when I was working. Been retired a while now, and zero interested with anything that reminds me of work, including talking about it. I loved the job, made a shitload, but I'm done. I was just busting the girl below ass regarding something.Rosco P. Coltrane said:What software are you using? I use solid works at my job. Your wife prints AWESOME stuff! She's ready for Halloween, my type of gal! But yes, hopefully you'll be able to print some things too. Looks like she or you picked up some non gray/black filament?![]()
