Any favorite protocols for melting the loose skin?DwightTheDelight said:Down 45% in 15 months.
Before I began losing weight, there were several arbitrary scale numbers I thought would make me happy, but every time I reach that number, I'm still not happy. I'm hoping to be done soon, but keep saying, "1 more month." I have so much loose skin, you could jump out of a plane with me on your back and safely land a few minutes later.

Wait, what??? I was just discussing this possibility with SO. Any utube videos, directions, you care to share?skeptick said:I've learnt myself how to split factory dosage into a new pen...

How tall? I started at 215, and a goal of 175. But after looking at my stomach in the mirror, I may want to drop that goal. Currently at 192 on Reta 4mg and next pin is Friday at 5mg.deluge said:Starting weight 226. 40.0 BMI.
3 months Tirz, started at 3mg now up to 7.5, starting 10 next pin (I've pretty much plateaued that past 3 weeks, maybe losing 1lb/wk)
Current weight 187, 33.1 BMI. 39 lbs lost, 17.3% lost.
Original goal was to get to 185, but now that is nearly in sight, I moved the goalpost to 170lbs, which is the cutoff between "overweight" and "obesity stage 1".
I was 160lbs in college, and on the "fat guy plan" even back then (Military Academy).

That is true, however when you use the dose protocol and are not really running a drastic calorie deficit but still loosing about 8 lbs a week what can you do. The simple fact is that some folks respond DRAMATICALLY to these meds other not so much so. Personally I'm just damn happy to feel more like a human again and less like Free Willy's stunt double.weightlossking84 said:4.7% in 8 weeks. Kept my doses extremely low at .5 and .75. Exercising daily, eating right. I do not judge but some of the numbers that people are posting seem very unhealthy to me. This is a marathon not a sprint.

I used the hispira and I will give it another go again today.skeptick said:Congrats to your rat for losing 100lbs... Research Rat GOD in my book. I've only just moved up to 10mg and having issues with extreme fatigue but then I've had chronic fatigue since well before startin Tirz path... Your symptoms new to me. Made me wonder about what you used for dilutant and how much you mixed with and how how much you hit your rat with??? Just the first thoughts to enter my pea brain...Hope yer able to sort it out... I'm much interested cause I got several years worth of Nexa squirreled away. (don't be tellin my S.O.) I'm still using Mounjaro and I've learnt myself how to split factory dosage into a new pen...

That may be true. The nexpah is over filled its a 10mg vial but coa says 12.89 how much bac water should I put in itZydeceltico said:I think...........I think that tirz is tirz is tirz no matter what vendor you get it from - it is all the same. Tele-health tirz is likely grey market relabelled. Same with Nexaph (and the rest of them).
I think...........I think that it may be possible that one of the two meds that you possess is over- or under- filled and also that there is some other process happening possibly.

I saw someone post a reverse reconstitution calculator yesterday, but can't remember who it was. I use this for Reta.britt1263 said:That may be true. The nexpah is over filled its a 10mg vial but coa says 12.89 how much bac water should I put in it

Well I am just about 6t tall say 5 ft 10 or 11 depending who measures me and started at 485lbs(this was the last weight from a Dr visit about a year before hand, I was likely heavier since then) is that extreme enough for you? My loss has slowed down some now as I have shed pounds but you can't paint everyone with the same brush. Everyone reacts differently to the meds and no two people start from the same starting point in life either.woundcarping said:8lb of fat loss a week is a 4k calorie daily deficit. That doesn’t happen without concerted effort and/or extreme obesity.
8lb of fluid loss is reasonable, as is some combination of fluid, fat, and muscle.
