Oh, good to know about the turkey neck! I've only been using GHK for a little over 2 weeks but already my facial skin is totally cleared up. I was getting breakouts daily for almost a year and could not find the culprit - nothing I changed in my skincare or makeup made a difference. But like magic, since I started the GHK, I've had zero breakouts for at a least a week now. I'm loving that, but I'm also hoping it's not the only benefit I'll get. I really want thicker skin, as odd as that sounds. I mean, when you reach certain age the term "crepey" starts to get thrown around. lol

And I'm happy to report that after the first week, there's been no ISR really. The first 4-5 days were big ol' red welts that itched a little, but also turned into bruises. Not a fan. But after that, I guess my body got used to the copper and stopped freaking out about it. I admit I do pin it right after my KPV in almost the same spot, and that likely helps. But, the end result is that it seems to be working and there's no spicy!! Win win!
I do get the thicker skin part and strangely I did get thicker skin. I noticed it takes much more effort to poke the noodle thru the skin than when I started. I know it can't just be in my head, been using the same brand syringes throughout my research.

No experience with these and would be hesitant to do it myself. I fear the unknown yellow liquid and would also be concerned about doing it incorrectly and ending up with bumpy contouring.

I am, however, intrigued by cryolipolysis aka "Cool Sculpting". Completely non-invasive. A temperature of 39 degrees is applied to your skin for an hour. The fat cells freeze and die at that temperature and all water-based skin cells are left unaffected (albeit uncomfortably chilly). The body removes the dead fat cells over the months that follow. Anecdotes from patients are mostly positive.

What’s your top 3?
Top 3:

Epitalon > Tesamorelin > SS-31. In that order.

KPV is #4. I use it locally for nerve pain and it works like a charm (only locally though).

Never again:

DSIP - No change in sleep metrics (but my sleep is good anyway)

PT-141 - Flushing, nausea, and no benefits.

MT2 - Worse aged-looking skin, with the new formation of facial moles, and mottled patches of melasma after only 8 injections at the lowest dose.
