I believe those are the correct terms! Something to move money from my bank to crypto (before sending there to a different wallet for final transaction). I looked at both Kraken and Coinbase. Any other options I should know about?

I use Robinhood. Just like Coinbase I can exchange USD for USDC for no fees.

As long as I have money in my Robinhood account that's already been settled, I can exchange it for USDC and withdraw it instantly.

Does Robinhood also do USDT?

Similar method for me; I make an online transfer from my bank account to Coinbase, exchange for USDC (no fee), then send to my Exodus wallet. I send the USDC to the vendor on the Ethereum network (shows as ERC-20) from Exodus. Very little gas fee, I think it was less than 25 cents for my last purchase. USDC doesn't have any volatility at all so you don't have to worry about holding on to it too long and possibly losing value like you do with Bitcoin.

I use Crypto.com. They ask the least amount of questions.

Kraken is pretty easy to use once you are initially setup. I guess they are all much the same though. Revolut is another option.

I use PayPal to Coinbase to exodus wallet, no waiting if the money is already sitting in PayPal

I use Coinbase to buy USDT and then I transfer it to exodus wallet(ETH network)

I think it costs my few cents the transaction

I use Robinhood and am Exodus wallet! No issues so far and easy to use! Make sure you do the 12 word code on exodus before buying and transferring crypto or it may take longer to verify if you plan to use exodus 🙂
