I've pinned 5mg a few times now. Because of the short half life, I do it right before I walk into the gym to lift. And honestly, my endurance and strength are insanely improved. I've been at the how-am-I-gonna-get-through-this-today mode whenever I've been in the gym for some time. I pin 5mg MOTS-C and feel like I could run through a wall. I can lift heavier. More reps. My workouts have been considerably longer because I'm not out of steam where I used to be unable to go on. There does seem to be a slight diminishing returns thing where the fourth time around, it was still noticeable, but less so. But in fairness, my sleep has been limited crap. Anyway, just adding my evolving followup as promised. At least for me, it's damn good stuff. But I'm probably gonna be doing 3-4 times a week, and only pre-weightlifting. As much because of cost as anything.
On that note, I bought a 10-vial kit of the 10mg vials and skipped the 40mg. Damn I wish I'd gotten the 40s. Living and learning.
