Been using since September, I am up to 8mg split into twice a week.
Can you tell me why twice a week feels like a better schedule than once? Thank you!

Did the fourth pin of 6mg Friday morning. Reconned two vials R40 product I've had and bought before I found this site. I could feel it, appetite suppression big time and a touch of heart burn at bedtime. Pretty typical of the 6 day or so half life.

I’m leveling off at 7mg/week after starting my bridge from Tirz on 1/10.

What app are you using to track your dosing? Really like the visuals

Coming into 5th month of taking it and currently at 4mg weekly dose. More than happy with results so starting my exit protocol next week.

What does your exit dosing look like? Just curious, just for when I have to do it as well.

Also curious on your exit protocol

week 1 - .5 ( and a bit dripped out when I pinned so really less )

week 2 - .5 (4/14/26)

then gonna see how I feel.

my body must be sensitive because I had to keep lookin at cals consumed to make sure I did not miss anything. Zero food noise. Crazy to hear that term then experience it.

and is the consensuses to be on a dosage that quiets food noise and give little or no side effects ?

So what I mean is this, if food noise is low or zero and no side effects would I stay where I am (wherever that is) or do u slowly ramp up hoping FN/Side effects stay low or zero?

I'm probably a super responder, I rode .5mg reta for 4 weeks w/ over 2 lbs a week average loss.

Dosage is up to you and your needs, I doubled up on week 5 due to food noise.

Side effects are dependent on what you're willing to live with, most of mine (constipation and bloating) are handled with fiber, magnesium, chia seeds and not over eating. If you're puking regularly then it's time to back the dose down and give your body time to get used to it's current concentration level.

Ramping up depends on you and your goals, for me it was initially weight loss, so long as I was dropping weight I was happy to maintain my dose. Plateauing for more than a couple of weeks and I start watching it closely.

My goals are now moving more toward blood test markers, with that in mind I've moved my dose up again. 12 weeks in and 22 lbs down... 🤞

Personally. I've needed to bump up a few times and I'm actually used to the side effects, and know what to expect these days. Sometimes it's tirating up for the side effects, or mixing a new vial from a new supplier. It's odd, a few of the new vials from a different place hits harder.

So my question is:

How long have you been taking Reta for?

Where along are you in your journey?

What is your current dosage?
1 week. Next inj on Wed

Have 80-100 more lbs to loose

3mg. Coming from T10. I was Tirz about 10-11 months.

I've been on tirz 15mg weekly (Mounjaro- prescribed by doc) for about 9 months (after a couple years on wegovy). I'm interested in reta. Wondering if it's really worth it or just stay strictly with the legit tirz? I've kind of plateaued at one weight for a while now. So if reta can help move the needle (and hopefully not kill too much hard-earned muscle), that's what I'm looking for. Though, the endotoxin reta commotion is scary af. So there's also that. Love folks who have been on both reta and tirz (and/or who currently use both) to weigh in. Is adding it in worth it? If I combine, I'll have to ask my doctor for a lower Mounjaro dose. And if reta doesn't work out, it may be harder to get her to raise it again.

6mg a week, switched from Tirz at the max dose last year.

Not losing weight any more, currently sitting at 110kg, around 12% bf on the calipers, not sure how accurate they are but I have abs and veins on my quads at 47 years old.

That's great, man. Congrats. You should feel really good about that. Where was your bf and weight when you switched over from tirz to reta?

See above ^ I can send you link to document that’s explains it all but ultimately that is the exit protocol.
