I went to the gym this eve and when I did triceps I started getting a sharp pain at the elbow. I've been taking BPC-157 and TB-500 for a few weeks now. I feel like it helped with a few issues but this one is new. I am wondering if for a fresh injury if I should up my dose of BPC-157 which I currently take twice daily and my TB-500 which I take Monday and Thursday.

My BPC-157 dose is 250mcg and my TB-500 is .5mg.

Those doses seem super low.

I did 500mcg of BPC-157 2x daily and 2.5mg of TB-500 Mon/Thurs and it fixed my golfers elbow and a nagging shoulder injury that kept coming back every time I lifted.

Followed information I found on pep-pedia

I've had really great success taking just 250mcg per site (say both elbows) 7 days/week/once per day and then same amount of TB-500 per site M/W/F. Did a couple 6 week cycles of this and took care of severe 10 year old TE in both elbows.

Agreed, too low for more complicated injuries like that IMO. I have had to take quite a bit more to help my shoulder injury
