What did you "nope" out of and why?

Selank, did it subq & yeah gave it a bit of time (4 weeks) to see a difference but saw nothing. Didn’t calm my anxiety especially in social environments. Felt like I was injecting saline.

Maybe intranasal would have been a better option. But I don’t know if i’ll buy it anytime soon again to do that

Anything that has research studies on, ill mess with Tirz, tesamorelin etc. Anything else is a hard no

Of the things I’ve tried, I’m done with 5 Amino, NAD and Lipo C - the 5 Amino didn’t do anything noticeable and I got tired of daily pins. The NAD I would try again buffered instead, because the sting was gross, it did seem to give me a calm energy so I thought I’d try those liposomal caps. The lipo c I would do again but the amount of liquid I was injecting started to gross me out.

I feel like I’m settling in with all this now and will probably lean more toward only trying stuff with human trials. I’m trying Sermorelin sometime in the near future.
In my experiene people seriously underdose 5amino and nad. 20mg /day of 5amino injected 10 days with 100-150mg/day of nad+ injected 10 days will really kick things up. Lipotropic injections I thnik work mostly for getting a ton of vitamins and aminos in to support great workouts. Best if done twice a week. 1ml each time. Lipo mino is a useful blend. Mind me asking what you were hopig to get out of nad

That is what I suspected, which is why I’m moving on from those two 👍 I don’t want to pin everyday and I don’t want to inject more than 50 units anymore. I’ve got needle fatigue I guess. I was looking for more daily energy so that’s why I started NAD+, and it did help, so whenever I get over the needle thing I’ll try it again but definitely buffering it for next time.

GHK. It was inflammation city for me! Even with KPV taken first. Each night, the last three days worth of injection sites would swell, itch, and turn bright red. It gave me a crazy chest rash, sallow skin, darrrk under-eye bags, and a bright red, vascular, alcoholic nose daily...yet I don't drink!
Wow, glad I am reading this thread. Me too. My friends have commented on my dark eye bags as well, saying i look 'gaunt'. I get these insanely hard tough rings under my skin at the injection site and insane redness, and dont get me STARTED on the sting while you inject. like I have a high pain tolerance and... wow..

A day or so after I have a bruise the size of a cotton round wherever I inject (and I take multiple peptides - this is a GHKCU specific issue, not a hygiene or injecting issue). I look like I have been attacked on my abdomen.

I have so much of this stuff but I have told my partner I am going to finish one vial / cycle and if it doesn't make my skin super model level, i am dropping it to be honest. id like to give it a fair go and not tap out yet.

Someone I knew almost went to the ER after injecting 5 mg of MOTS-c by IM.

Other anecdotal reports, at least of IM use of MOTS-c:

What is MOTS-c like?

I've been reading up on MOTS-c and it seems quite promising, although some of the claims seem to be really out there. Does it affect gym performance in a noticeable way? Can it help with losing fat while maintaining (or even gaining) muscle? Animal and human clinical trials often use...

Epi Pen resources?

Has anyone managed to buy some Epi Pens as a hedge against potential anaphylaxis? If so, what was your process? Is there a go-to telehealth that can issue a scrip?

Vigorus Steve as well had a very bad reaction.

I haven't "noped" out of anything yet. I am about to finish up a cycle of Kisspeptin, which I won't repeat, no effects that I could tell. I also have a kit of MOTS-c that I am cycling through. I cannot decide if it's doing anything or if its effects are just subtle. I have some days were I feel a bit more wind in the sails; otherwise, no real or consistent improvements in the gym or in energy levels. I am injecting 1 mg daily--may try 2 mg this week.
Have you tried HCG, that's what I normally use but wanted to try kisspeptin so picked up a vial.

LOL. Super model level! Your phrasing is amazing. 😉 I hear you about the reactions and I'm sorry you have those effects from this supposed "miracle compound" too.

I wanted it to work so badly because it has so many more cellular benefits than tissue regen. I'm definitely going to give it one more go, but only once everything else is done, and after I get closer to figuring out why that reaction is happening on a systemic level. I need a more varied blood panel and a lot of research before I attempt it again. No sense breaking the body down when trying to build it up.

Haha thanks! 😆

I am just gonna finish this vial. May update here. Another coworker pointing out my dark under eyes today reminded me to reply to you 🤦‍♀️Sick of it now actually to be honest. I started pinning MT2 as well - that could be compounding the issue. when i say dark i mean like, you would turn your head looking at me as a stranger dark. like i have been beaten up levels of dark, its pretty bad lol. Just weighing up the pros and cons before i finish these vials :/

Not gonna do anything beyond GLP-1 agonists, and even for those the only reason I'm here is that the pharma companies are fleecing us with the prices of the official products.

looking like you've been beat up seems like a pretty serious con. just quit, man.

I'm taking GLOW and while it doesn't really hurt me I also don't feel like it's doing much and I'm getting needle fatigue so I'm gonna quit. I did 1.5 70mg vials which seems like long enough to see an effect if there was gonna be one.

Yes, I used HCG when on my first try with TRT. I think it worked fine, but pushed my estrogen higher. I was having health issues back then and had to quit. Now that I am back on and doing better, I will probably go back to HCG since Kisspeptin didnt seem to do anything for me and enclomiphene seems to be in short supply these days.

yeah i’ve just thrown two over half full vials of mt2 and ghkcu away. too many sides IMO. plus that shit has made me look weird asf, not like myself. i might occasionally pin some mt2 in the upcoming months when UV is high just for that natural glow, but i just look withered right now lmao. i’m hoping the effects ware off soon because im getting tired of looking in the mirror and not seeing myself

In what way do you look different? The skin color? how does the ghkcu affect you?

I look different due to weightloss, years older sadly. I'm anxious to restart the KLOW, but I'd like to know if there are other affects you've noticed besides the ISR.. TIA

Are you prone to migraines? Does anything else trigger them? I just got 2 kits of that orange stuff.
Not OP, but I am a migraine sufferer and the orange didn’t trigger any. that doesn’t mean a lot because we’re all so different but hope it gives you some peace.

I went really dark and developed sunken eyes. To be honest, I think it’s a combination of factors, like my MT2 and the 60-pound weight loss so far, but I can’t pinpoint it, so I stopped all peptides except GLPs. Don’t feel anxious—just take it slow and steady. I don’t think GHKCU had any negative effects on my appearance (I pinned it for about a month), but it didn’t improve it either. I know you have to be on it for a lot longer to see visible changes. I had to stop because it caused extreme pain at the injection site, but I think I’m just unlucky, as I don’t see many others complaining about this. I let the GHKCU come to room temperature and diluted it with extra BAC, but I had the same results. In the meantime, I’ve mixed some GHKCU for topical use with hyaluronic acid, so it doesn’t go to waste. I’ll share my results in the coming months.

So far for me it has been Mots-c, I don't know why every time I administer it, I get super sleepy and fatigued instead of getting energy. It's so weird, I'm just feeling sleepy all day.

And sermorelin is FDA approved.

Ipamorelin stalled in phase 2, but I know what you mean.

SS-31 got accelerated approval under the brand name Forzinity (but only for a rare metabolic disorder, Barth syndrome).
Seem is not FDA approved.

For me it was SLU-PP-332. Tried the tablets and it did nothing, then I switched to a higher dose of oral liquid and still nothing. I quit 1/2 way through the liquid cycle because it's a pointless

to take something if your aren't getting the described benefits. Same thing with Epitalon. I tried a couple low dose cycles and all it ever did was give me a mild headache.

The same exact thing happened to me when I first tried mots. Then a ran a seven vial (30mg each) cycle of SS31 and then did the mots c again afterwards and was completely different. Gave me a slight energy boost.
