What app do you use for GLP tracking?

I use Pillo. You can track a lot of stuff in the app and you can set up titrating dosages. You add a medication, make it to whatever method of application (injection, pill, etc), put your dosage required (can be injection, mcgs, mgs, units, whatever makes it easy), you can also set up titrating doses like first 4 weeks of reta at 2mg, then 3mg for 4 weeks, then 4mg indefinitely,etc.. Then you pick the frequency, everyday, certain days, certain dates (great for cycles), then pick your times for adminstering the meds. You will get a reminder for every medication.

There are other things like monitoring shot locations and stuff to aid in not pining the same location all of the time. Hope that helps, check it out.
This minutae level of detail sounds right up my nerdy alley. Thank you. 🤓

I use shotsy (the free version). I recently downloaded another app that is evidently prohibited (crap, data mining?) to try out. It is free and plots med levels as well as lets you add your stash.

I kid, just a regular pen.

Oh that's a good idea. I hadn't considered using AI to make a sheet for me, or that it could even do so effectively haha. Good thinking though.
I did the same with my bloodwork records going back 15 years. Can't see it all very well on MyChart, so I made a separate tab for bloodwork results.

Peptide Library & tracker by superfime is the best one I've found.

I decided to use a few simultaneously for a few months to see what I prefered.

My preference is ***CENSORED APP: DISCUSSION PROHIBITED DUE TO LEGAL THREATS FROM DEVELOPER***, Shotsy, Gala GLP1.

My goofy bed tracks sleep. Sucker is accurate too. I was shocked.
My bed also tracks sleep. I don't like wearing a watch at night, so it works quite well.

Assume you have a Withings??

I use GlucoPal - meets all my needs and is super easy to use and good to look at.

I use a Google calendar. It doesn't tell me how much of what is in my blood, but then again, I don't care.

Shotsy. Works good to track the shots and weight. Haven’t splurged for the paid version yet

Works great[Imported image pending local asset: data-attachments-17-17314-01e13a7f0fdb0c10438cdc2024ae33d8.jpg]

DW got me a Kardia EKG gadget for my birthday. It loads to an app that I can enter dosage, weight, blood ox, and other shit, if I wish.

Otherwise my writing looks worse than CNCCurency. 🙂

You already have the best tracking app available. Your phones /computers calendar.

Open your favorite AI assistant.

Type in your protocol. Include titrations if needed.

Tell it to generate an ics file.

Open your calendar app (google/apple) and import the ics file.

Your calendar will have all the correct times and alerts and notes all available with you all the time.

Thank me later.

Here is what it looks like on my calendar l.

And here is the detailed view when you select the event.

Thanks thats actually very smart, ill try to replicate it

I am starting w reta, so one pepper.

I cannot think of a reason to use an app vs a spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet track:

Date (schedule of injection)

Dosage

Weight

How I am feeling that day 1-10

Injection Location

BAC water bottle age

Ret10 bottle age

I mean ya , apps are nice but my plan is every Tues morning in my home office so an app does not give me much more than a spreadsheet can handle.

Now, if I move on to other peppers w a stack that might change my mind.

I started using Shotsy (paid version) but have now switched to ***CENSORED APP: DISCUSSION PROHIBITED DUE TO LEGAL THREATS FROM DEVELOPER*** which offers pretty much the same features, plus a few extra, but is completely free - well, currently anyway.

They started off with just a website for tracking but recently brought out an app which is much easier to work with. Dev team are very responsive and said they have many more features planned so i suspect there will be a paywall coming at some point.

I like DoneDose. It’s great. Tracker, calculator, serum estimation, and more.
