What about Chromate?

SRY has posted some COAs from Janoshik and some from Chromate. Does anyone have any opinion as to Chromate itself? (I'm not asking whether a vendor sends only good stuff to the lab; a vendor can do that when it arranges testings regardless of the quality of the lab.)

IDK about chromate, but I noticed all their stated weights tested out light? 12mg tested at 11, reta 5mg tested at 3.64 and on and on.. I'd want to know how much I'm getting. Is there a tare weight on the vial and plug?

Chromate has had at least a few concerning tests earlier this year.

In February Chromate was sent two Coastal Peptides samples that were labeled as Sema.

Chromate initially identified the samples as Sema.

The samples actually contained Cagri.

Chromate issued corrected COAs in March.

MZ Biolabs and TrustPointe were also sent the same Coastal Peptides product and both labs correctly caught the mislabeling.

In February Chromate was sent a Peptide Sciences sample that was labeled as Reta.

Chromate initially identified the sample as Reta.

The sample actually contained Tirz.

Chromate issued a corrected COA in April.

MZ Biolabs, TrustPointe, Janoshik, Freedom Diagnostics, and Krause were also been sent the same Peptide Sciences product and they all correctly caught the mislabeling.

In February Chromate was sent a FYP sample that was labeled as Reta.

Chromate initially identified the sample as Reta.

The sample actually contained Tirz.

Chromate issued a corrected COA in April.

MZ Biolabs and TrustPointe were also sent the same FYP product and both labs correctly caught the mislabeling.

I’m kind of like it that their tested weights don’t match. That suggests they’re actually doing the weighing since they’d be unlikely to make up weights that would piss off the vendors requesting the tests. There is a testing company whose name I don’t recall who was suspected of making up precise weights close to those stated by the vendors.

I agree, I was concerned about the vendors' vials all testing light. Not as dangerous as high overfill I guess.
