I am super curious about maintenance dosing on Reta as well. I am about 3lbs from my GW but the research I have found hasn't been super helpful, especially since my Reta dose is fairly low (3mg weekly). Will definitely check out the video above but would love to keep this conversation going!

I haven't gotten to the stage where I'm going to maintenance yet, but I did watch a video from this guy who went through it. You might find it helpful.

Just watched the video. Yeah - I love where he goes from about 9 minutes on......totally my experience too. Thx for sharing!

Thanks for the video. Once I got over how he used units instead of mg for his dose it was really interesting. Even though maintenance is still 10-15 lbs away I do think about what it will look like and if Reta is the right choice or if “down shifting” to Tirz might be better.

Happy to know I’m not alone in my challenges getting protein too but wish I had his discipline in getting it. I know I should but fall way way short too often.

For maintenance, I went from Tirz 15mg 1x weekly, transitioned to Reta 1mg once I titrated Tirz to 10mg (in 2 weeks). Added Cagri .250mcg to my Reta 1mg. Titrated Reta to 2mg, then 3mg. 3mg Reta & .5mg Cagri is my current maintenance with no plans to increase ( 1x per week). May decrease both over time if advantageous. No issues, weight stable( though I lost 4 lbs over last 4 months, unintended). I posted this before somewhere, but can't recall which forum.
I’m curious why people are choosing Reta for maintenance if they were on Tirz. I haven’t tried Reta but see a lot of people moving that way. I do know it burns fat quicker but once at GW what’s the benefit of Reta over Tirz? Is it due to working at lower doses? I have also heard Tirz is better with food noise. Just formatting a plan for the future new me. And starting my stockpile!

In my case, I was on max Tirz, and lost most of my weight at that point. I would have switched to Reta earlier but I was staying the protocol course to max out on Tirz, especially for the inflammation reduction. I've since utilize KPV for that. I do like that I can actually eat on Reta, albeit, not alot, but enough to easily satisfy, and still not gain. It's been months now. I do microdose Cagri 1x per week as well. I also like that I'm not as tired, and my heart rate, though intially high on Reta, actually leveled out, and was less than when I was on Tirz, though it's different for everyone. I still have Tirz stock left, but figured I'll use it if needed down the line.
