Then up your game by choosing caffè macchiato and gelati instead.BNLFL said:I honestly don't care for either

I don't know what those are. Sounds like I need to get out more, or maybe hit a Starbucks,indolent said:Then up your game by choosing caffè macchiato and gelati instead.
@Mara_aa , Congratulazioni!

NEVER a Starbucks. They don't even know what coffee means.BNLFL said:I don't know what those are. Sounds like I need to get out more, or maybe hit a Starbucks,

I understand, that can feel a bit annoying sometimes.beamero said:I’ve been in the grey world for years, finally joined this forum about 6 months ago. It’s the least visited of my memberships and I’m still listed as recently joined, and have to have my posts approved. Annoying, but I guess I don’t participate enough for the mods…which I don’t lol.
Woah, this one didn’t have to be approved. Moving on up.

If the steak is really that good, I might not save after allBNLFL said:I know a good steak house here, and not cheap.![]()

Caffè macchiato is like a cappuccino (which is the breakfast of champions), but with only the tiniest bit of frothy milk. Gelati is the plural of gelato...more is better!!!
As an Italian, I have to agree with the “NEVER Starbucks” ruleBNLFL said:I don't know what those are. Sounds like I need to get out more, or maybe hit a Starbucks,

Thank you!!petros600 said:Congratulations!!! I see you joined early this year, hopefully I will be able to reach your status in few months!!

Wow, that’s a long time ago — you were ahead of the curve.Youarewhen said:Wahoo! I’ll get there someday, maybe. Funny thing is that the first time I researched peptides was over 10 years ago. Now I’m back and starting fresh right here. Hopefully this forum stays around a long time. The one I started on long ago is no longer around.

No worries. I've never been to one and likely never will. Seems like a yuppy place to me.Mara_aa said:As an Italian, I have to agree with the “NEVER Starbucks” rule
And those “Italian gelato” signs should honestly be illegal, the stuff tastes like sweetened drywall, and 99.9% of the time it’s about as Italian as a microwave burrito.![]()

Haha I like your style!BNLFL said:No worries. I've never been to one and likely never will. Seems like a yuppy place to me.

Haha priorities!Calm Logic said:I refuse to spend my peptide money on expensive drinks.
But the Starbucks in the grocery stores have a grey vibe, lol.
Why would a group of people ice out members for mentioning chronic illness? (curious)Hotlongs said:True, but I feel like there is definitely a vibe here.
Advice I'd give to folks would be probably don't mention covid/chronic illness as much until you are established. I definitely feel iced out by a certain group of members here.
I just think there are a lot of people not interested in hearing or seeing about chronic illnesses because they are here for other reasons. No shade, but some people really don't understand or have weird ideas about health. I personally know people in real life that shutdown anytime they hear about COVID because it was such a stressful period in their life and they think they were cheated out of time/freedoms because they were not personally affected for instance.Cumulus said:Why would a group of people ice out members for mentioning chronic illness?
