Volume in 30mg Tirz

I just received 30mg Tirz, it is the same volume in the Vial as my 15mg Tirz. Can the Volume be the same just stronger Concentration of Tirz? Here is the COA which shows 35.18mg!

Yes, the vial sizes don’t change. Most of the powder you see in the vials is filler. Looks like great results.
