I am curious if anyone has trialed it. I have terrible gastro issues and am interested in hearing what it has done for folks.

Supposedly it increases blood flow in the gut. The only post I have found on other sites was

The first time I researched VIP I experienced an elevated heart-rate and flushing. I was a bit alarmed at first, that got out my blood pressure monitor - but was fine. The half-life is really short so I dose it morning/afternoon and again at night. It does not make me tired at all, but I have the MOST restful deep sleep when using this. Joint pain greatly reduced. I’m prone to headaches and migraines but have not experienced those side effects.

I think a lot of folks on here do the wolverine blend, glow and klow which help the gut. Or bpc 157 alone which has a longer half life

Just to add on to @CNCCurrency you might want to give oral BPC a try. From everything I've seen it is more gut focused when taken orally.

I am currently taking oral BPC, on day 3 at 500mcg am and then another 500mcg pm. It isn't really doing much as far as I can tell.

Try KPV. Originally designed for gut issues, it also incidentally will wipe out candida infections and the like.

VIP relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow everywhere. Be careful with it, because you can cause your blood pressure to drop to dangerous levels if you take too high a dose.

Ive seen where others are using VIP after mold exposure but hadn't seen any postings about any other benefits. Definitely intriguing.

That was my concern. I have been having POTS-like symptoms that come and go. I really do not want to make that worse.

Is it a subq or an oral compund for gut treatment?

Attached from the Internet is a puff piece on VIP, your cure for everything. And it's cheap too. Like $10 for a single 5-mg vial that can last almost a month for daily use at higher doses (200 mcg).

I read in my TG group that it's best to use the full 3 mL of Hospira when reconning VIP, to help prevent gelling.

The dosing for VIP is on the low side. So I plan to go low and slow (using subq).

The attachment gives a daily dose of 200 mcg, but I would start much lower, as mentioned by @AlexSilver above. I see starting doses as low as 50 mcg for subq, which is my plan when I try VIP eventually.

Will monitor BP, as alluded to above by @AlexSilver.

VIP, is where I read of a couple cases (Reddit mind you) where there Blood Pressure tanked on them and they had a bad day, where I think one ended up in the ER.
A recent, related experience by @kimmieko22, with a standard dose being too high (at least to start):

I tried vip last night and boy did i goof on the injection amount. Most things I found on a Google search were a dosage oh 200mcg and no direct vein injection. From the first minute I did the injection I could feel the little power dosage. My heart rate jumped to 99 and my face got very flushed. It only last about 10 to 15 minutes though. I will say I woke up less stiff this morning and I tend to retain water in legs due to a lipid system issue i have been trying to correct and it was less noticeable this morning. I am going to half the dosage and try a 100 mcg to see if I have the same reaction.

For VIP, I don't know of anyone using it orally due to low bioavailability.

For BPC and KPV, oral capsules would be best I guess for the GI tract, ideally on an empty stomach. But subq would still help.

For GBs, going rate seems to be about $60 for 100 capsules of BPC or KPV at 500 mcg each. Cheaper direct from China but no 3P testing that way and, of course, higher shipping costs.

Huh. 5mg vials are too big. 5mg / 3ml makes 20mcg only 1 unit. Might want to dilute a little more?

200 mcg (0.2 mg) is said to be the standard dose (though that could be too high for me, not sure). Some may never go above 50 mcg or 100 mcg.

But I see now (from what you are saying) that it is tricky starting out, like with a 50 mcg per dose. Assuming 3mL BAC and 5 mg vial, 50 mcg would be only about 3 units (2.5 units actually):

So yeah, diluting more would help. I meant 3 mL as a minimum to prevent gelling. I have a lot of 10 mL vials, so I'm ready, haha.

I've been taking it on and off for almost a year.

240mcg, anything more is instant diarrhea (it relaxes the intestines).

The only peptide that is guaranteed to give you a warm flush a few minutes after taking it, every time. Great when you're feeling cold.

I'm very excited to start VIP soon, but haven't settled on administration yet. I've read that nasal spray is commonly recommended, and at the least it would negate the risk of accidentally injecting in a vein. Honestly I didn't think it was really possible to accidentally inject into a vein when doing subq, but I've seen the warning about it so many times I'm feeling cautious.

Anyone in the thread who's tried it have any thoughts about nasal vs subq?

I think subq in the belly region is pretty safe, so long as you've done your math correctly. Start low and go slow is my motto.
