Well I used it for BFF and it was accepted and they said they only accepted usdt eth so whatever it was it found its way into binhs crypto wallet.

Well, good, I suppose. But for future reference, USDT is its own currency that is transferred over other networks like Ethereum or Solana or Tron. So, you talk about USDT-ETH, USDT-SOL, and USDT-TRON etc. You need to pick USDT at the top level, and then on the next screen they will ask you to pick the network on which you want to transfer the USDT.

Note that in addition to the USDT you purchase, you also need a little bit of "gas" charge you need to pay on the network it will be transferred on. So, if you want to transfer USDT over ETH, you will need a bit of ETH to pay the network "gas" charge.

Exodus will do this for you automatically. You just need to have the appropriate amount of USDT and ETH in your wallet.
