Yeah, I don't have that kind of nerve at all! I've watched tons of videos and practice for three days injection saline under the skin of a chicken breast, but in the end I just couldn't do it to myself.

A lot of them come away with really good, subtle results, and they do only a little at a time. Apparently it is easy to come back days later for touch-ups. It's easier to add more later than to walk around with the results of a bad diy botox for a year.

Skipping off with my .69 a lb pullet to join the girlies. Things are about to get interesting

Mine has slowly but surely snapped back. Took a couple months but it’s so much better.

Did it just snap back by itself as time went on, or were you doing something to help it?

I occasionally, maybe 2-3x a week, use retinol and Gold Bond neck cream.
