Last year I was on zepbound for 6 months, and during those time my TSH rebounded back to 13 from 4.2

This is quite unusual based on what I read here and others. WHat could it be?

I had the same at 3 month check, told my doc I would not even talk to him about med until we did a recheck, which will be in August. I'm entirely asymptomatic, so I have reason to doubt that reading. Did you ever get yours rechecked?

My guess: Tirz slows gastric emptying, which means that instead of taking my Synthroid/Levo 30 min before a meal, I should take it at least an hour before for best absorption.

Presumably you're at a lower body weight, so the same dose you're on is working on less body mass.
