TRT and metabolic problems

Guys i need your help, im having a bad days, since start TRT have a bad sleep, im tired all day and I have small, hard, and hot lumps in the injections site. what should ill do?

So did your first injection come from the Doctor and have the same ISR?

Well guyss, another big update,

i went a new Dr this morning and give sustaplex from XT labs, he injectet me a whole ML and on monday ill start doing it subq EOD 10ui.

in a month ill need blood work just of T and T free, no hetocrit o lipid yet.

the first one was IM in glute, hurts until Tuesday. most red one was on monday and today im still there. i think its capsuled right?

Sometimes, if your dose is too shallow, you can get an ISR, with oils especially, It is not unusual for subq to leave a bump.

The Docs 1ml shot was im and sore for a few days but no bump or heat, you may need to get a slightly longer needle.

What are you using for the .10 ml subcutaneous shots? 1/2"?

the most red one, was 1ml insuline 4mm 45°, second one close to belly bottom was 1ml insuline 4mm 90°, today i shot another one that was in a belly flat with a 1ml 30G 1/2", its hurt a little but its hot in the injecction site but no bump yet

You are saying 1 ml..

Didn't you say you were doing 1/10 of a ml? .10

Didn't you get a 10ml vial that is 275mg/ml?

I am confused?

You are not pinning 275mg EOD are you?

and the 4mm are likely too shallow for subq oils in the stomach, I would think minimum 8mm. it makes sense the 1/2" did not leave a bump.

My levels were at mid 200's and my primary still won't prescribe trt so I went with the the clinics and got my levels to the 900-1100. Luckily for me SD and libido was never an issue for me regardless of my test levels and I suspect that I've had low test levels since my 20s.

Now I pretty much know how to dose and do bloodwork and I know where to find good test so im ditching the clinic too.

How long did it take for your test levels to get that high? I’ve been doing 120 mg a week for six weeks, and I’ve gone from 330 to 445, which is an improvement obviously but I was expecting higher levels.

Im actually not sure how fast but I think my bloodwork was 8 weeks after my first pin. Mind you, I probably lost around 10lbs that time frame too.
