Distilling this down, yep, test is great. It’s really about dialing it in for your goals and tolerance. And yes, a wife typically knows when the test does is on the high end ….AndresX24 said:thank you!! im loking that!

Your test levels and specially estradiol levels are low and that explains the low libido. I had the same issues as you and that's why I started TRT however I had my kids already.AndresX24 said:I’m a 40-year-old man who has been overweight my whole life. A few years ago, I decided to make a change, and I’ve been on this journey for about five or six years now—losing weight, hitting the gym, and watching what I eat.
A little over a year ago, I started noticing changes in my body—mainly regarding my sexual function and libido; while I don't have any actual dysfunction (I have no trouble getting hard), my desire has been fading rapidly , noticeably nad my wife start to worry about having another girl. Also i allways be tired with poor sleep quality (since was kid). Tired of not making progress in the gym or with weight loss, I entered the world of peptides in March using a triple agonist to lose weight and boost my metabolism. While I did lose weight, I haven't seen improvements in the gym yet; I'm currently using CJC+Ipa and Glow while preparing to start my second triple agonist cycle in late July.
During this process of using peptides, I decided to have blood tests done—primarily to check my hormone levels (testosterone, LH, FSH, and estradiol)—and the results were low.
Total testosterone April: 329
Free April: 101
LH April: 3.1
FSH April: 3.8
After these tests, I used kisspeptin to see if I could raise the levels, and it actually worked, but...
Total testosterone June: 296
Free: not realased
LH june: 8.1
FSH june: not realased
Stradiol 17beta: 13.4
That’s why I decided to see a testosterone specialist on June 23rd; I’m looking for others' experiences with testosterone issues—specifically (looking for a TRT subq), what the most common blood tests are and what I should actually expect, since I’ve never visited a doctor for this kind of thing before.
P.S. I lost weight, going from 115 kg to 86.5 kg (my current weight).
Thank you guys.

I recently started trying to raise my Testosterone with supplements (Boron, Tongkat Ali), Testagen and Kisspeptin. I ran 20 days of Testagen and daily Kisspeptin for 8 weeks and had some nice improvements in Test, LH, & FSH. All numbers were still within the reference range of the tests. I'm continuing with Kisspeptin and the supplements, and planning to test again in another 8 weeks to see how things trend. Note, I pinned Kisspeptin the morning of the July 1 test but did not take any other supplements or peptides.AndresX24 said:I’m a 40-year-old man who has been overweight my whole life. Hello codered, thank you for your comment, im already taking enclo 12.5 daily, just started this week with no change so far, next week have to go to the Dr and probably will take another blood work and will prescribe TRT, will see.codered said:Your test levels and specially estradiol levels are low and that explains the low libido. If you want to maintain fertility now you should get on enclomophine and hcg to raise your natural production. They will both spike your estradiol levels that gives a major boost to your libido and have no consequences on your axis if not for prolonged time.
In the future test again and see if it helped. If your problem is on your testies you might need trt
ooh nice that dayly subq solve the blood problem!!! i thin 2/3 times per week subq will be my go to.frankpeptid said:At 53, IM (intra muscle injections) TRT (even twice a week) would push my HCT too high and had to donate blood, would would cause anemia and low iron. Finally solved that with daily SQ TRT. No more donations needed. TRT is the way. JMO

Are you doing IM? You could switch to sq 3x instead of once IM, The high peaks of a once a week IM injection would spike your E2 more than taking the same amount SQ with more injections.MikeyMike said:I have been on TRT for about 4 months now. It is life changing! Gym performance is way up, put on nearly 15 pounds of muscle at 52. Before starting TRT I had a very difficult time building muscle despite lifting heavy. I am on 4mg Reta, 160 mg Test-C, and 2 iu HGH. Wouldn't trade it for anything. My test was around 380, so not clinically low, but not optimal. My libido was low, erections though not an issue, not like they used to be. Now libido is in overdrive and sex life is best it's ever been, even better than in my 20s. Can't speak highly enough of TRT and the holy trinity of Reta, TRT and HGH.
Question for the group for those that have been on TRT for a while. My labs last month had my total test at 1257, Free test 239, Estradiol at 141, DHEA at 19, hematocrit at 49.6. Anyone run at this high of a level for a long period? I feel amazing, but wonder about long term issues. I was a bit concerned about Estradiol being so high, but no symptoms for me, no libido, erection, nipple tenderness, mild fluid retention, but that could be HGH too. I do have an AI, but I am reluctant to take it. Physician says I should get the E down despite not having any symptoms or issues. Thinking maybe I should lower my dose of Test to bring it down a bit? Chat GPT says I should, that there could be long term issues with running such high test for long periods. My physician doesn't seem concerned, but it is an online TRT clinic, and said there aim was 900-1100. Thoughts from those more experienced in these matters?

What dosing/protocol are you using with the kisspeptin?UPresearcher said:I recently started trying to raise my Testosterone with supplements (Boron, Tongkat Ali), Testagen and Kisspeptin. Thanks! Will be curious how the next numbers turn out. Besides labs, do you feel any better? Energy, mood, etc?UPresearcher said:250mcg morning and evening - everyday since the middle of May with a few missed days twice while on vacation and travel overseas. bro 200mg its not to much? next monday will receave the last bloodwork that Dr ask and ill se if i will be on TRT because the clomid works very well, i dont feel nothing diferente, even no morning woods.Redz said:I was recently prescribed Taro test cyp for TRT. It is the best thing that ever happened to me. My wife injects me twice a week. I’m also on Reta and have been destroying the gym gaining strength and losing fat. I’m prescribed 225mg/week which is on the high side but I was already bumped from 200mg as I was not at top of range. TRT will help you with energy, sleep, libido and weight loss.
