Trial an Increased Dose?

Hello all!

It has been a hot minute since my presence on this forum but glad to be coming back after a busy season.

I have been wondering if any one has tried dosing Tirz above 15 mg? I am currently at 12.5, but as I continue my regimen, I can't help but think of going from here. I know Eli Lilly is trialing higher doses, but was curious what results others had if they have tried this.

I read this as well. Doses all the way up to 20mg but nothing conclusive just yet.

I know of people that are using up to 25mg (which also appears to be what EL is trialing right now) but they don't hang out here.

I’m confident that with some of the overfilled vials that people have taken more than 15mg, but didn’t know it.

The people with shorter than 7 day dosing schedules at 15mg already are too

15mg max concentration:

7 day split - max 21.6mg

6 day split: - max 24.2mg

5 day split - max 27.8mg

I cheat and just used glp1 plotter to check and see lol

Just looked, 20mg dose max concentration is 28mg at 7 days

So 5 day split of 15mg basically hits the same peak concentration as 20mg at 7 day split
