Thanks all! Reading all these responses makes me generally less concerned about taking in my reconstituted peptides as it doesn’t seem to be a big deal.
I hope US customs doesn't randomly screen you, you could get denied entry. Those people who were successful through customs didn't get screened. If you have a script and only a GLP1 pen I don't think it will be a problem but if you plan on bringing other peps you might have an issue should they single you out.

TSA is domestic US travel only and no issue, US customs has a war on drugs, especially now.

I have seen one episode where they swabbed it and it came back negative for the bad stuff but they did send it to the hospital to have it tested futher, it seemed they were out to get someone. Don't remember how it ended.
😲 Yes, clearly out to get someone. I wonder how much that person had.

The fact that a vial doesn't have an official label would set off red flags, but I think just having an Rx would be enough if questioned. If it were insulin, why would it not have the factory label? Have to come up with a good excuse. --"I prefer to use my pen" might be good enough.
It's often cheaper to get insulin in vials. I'm sure there are people out there who transfer their insulin to pens.

The first time I flew internationally as an adult, I read that you should bring a copy of your med list signed be your doctor. So, I asked my doc for that and she looked at me like I was crazy. She had never heard of meds being an issue at customs.

I know there are a lot of people who take just enough for the trip, and throw any leftovers away, so they can avoid going through US customs with it.

lol. I had just went to Japan and my wife kept saying we had to have that list and doctor signature. My doctor said he never heard of that - and where I live, everybody has been to Japan. And sure enough, no checking of any of our prescription bottles….

Places like Mexico most meds are OTC, but in Dubai they might be prohibited and they are very strict. I wonder if cutoms agencys have quotas so they can increase their budget with fining people. I just like to be covered because I get randomly selected by customs (and TSA PreCheck) too much, customs looks at every item in my bag and ask me for details if they think it looks sus. Except AUS, only on my first visit did I actually have to talk to someone and explain every detail of why I was there but no search. Now when I go to Brisbane I just do facial recognition and walk through without interacting with anyone. Most countries have these laws but it is up to the customs officer to decide who they will "randomly" choose and if they are going to enforce said law.

I'm no lawyer but I can google what drug import laws each country has, and yes, any medication crossing any border is considered a drug import.

I won't give advise on what or what not to do because who knows when you'll get an agent in a bad mood or a new protocol that has them on high alert. I've flown domestically with my Tirz a few times without incident.

I found these today on Peppy Niimbot and printed some out for future traveling.

Recently traveled to USA and South America with a pouch full of needles, alcohol pads, 2 vials of reconstructed reta and nobody even asked about it. Of course, depends on luck too, if you get pulled out for inspection then it might be different story.
