My first vial, I bought the pre-mix one to try from Polaris and liked it fine, just expensive. Then I bought a kit of each peptide and mixed for this second vial. I put 1.5 ml each of bac into the BPC-157 and the TB-500 then put those each into the Ghk-cu after I gave them both a few mins to dissolve and settle any bubbles. I then leave the mix in the GHK-cu vial. Easy peasy, took about 5 mins.

I don’t take a separate zinc but I take a daily vitamin that includes it as well as a hair supplement that also has some extra zinc.
When you bought pre-mixed Glow, how much BAC did you add? What was your daily dose? I am thinking of doing this. Thanks!

I use the Glow protocol too, like you for my face. How’s the micro needling on your neck going? What products are you using? My neck also from weight loss is my most self-conscious appearance issue. I drench it in retinol and natural oils. I recently picked up a couple of topical GHK-Cu I plan to use in addition to Snap 8 that I’ve ordered. Been looking at threads but I need to do major research.
I just added 10 threads to my jowls tonight. I loved them. They will build collagen for two years. I also have 10 in my nasal lab folds. I use 30 G 25 mm pcl threads. You can watch some YouTube tutorials on them but you can definitely do it if I can. Your body will tell you if you’re not in the correct plane of skin.

I can't believe you can do those threads yourself!!

It’s not hard. By doing it yourself, you feel the correct plane.

I've surprised myself by having no trouble injecting myself, and indeed I like the whole ritual, another surprise, but those threads ... No way!! More power to you! Impressive!

Holy crap! I've been missing out on this entire convo.

Following!

Thanks to all for the great info!!!
Same! I went away for 4 days and I've missed so much! There is now so much more I realized I have to be insecure about! LOL.

I can't confirm as I'm not a chemist, but I've read numerous times that TB500 is not being made. TB500 is a portion of the TB4 chain. Anytime you see TB500 for sale, it's actually TB4.
Agreed Chef. It was just easier to use the label name than confuse the recon instructions further by explaining TB-4 vs TB-500 at the time.

I do tesa/ipa once a week subq (.this i take for belly fat tho)..glow protocol ( which is my all time fave..my skin is amazing on my face)...I have started microneedling for my turkey neck I have developed from weight loss.

Other than those all I know is people swear by intermittent fasting for loose skin. I haven't tried it..not by a schedule anyway. I figure that hell I do it unintentionally all day everyday ( getting busy and forget to eat) and I still have loose skin.
Does this glow protocol hurt the application a lot?

the wife has experienced significant loss and maintained for two years now. she is scheduled for the skin reduction surgery in Monterrey, Mexico, which was wildly more affordable. I visited personally for due diligence and it's legit. 10 days stay in hospital.

I use tesomorelin and the glow protocol also. the glow burns like a mf.

I have no discomfort from it at all. The blend is 10:10:50. I've read that mixing the GHK-Cu, the source of the burn, with BPC-157 eliminates/minimizes the burn. 🤷‍♂️

But then, I've never had stinging or burning from anything.

How exciting for her! I hope you share post-op how it goes and her results.

I heard ghk-Cu was spicy so I mixed a 70mg vial w/ 7ml of BAC water, had to up-vial to a 10ml empty vial. 20 units translates to 2mg. tb and BPC are mixed to a ratio where a dialy dose is 10 units, mixture of GLOW is 40 units.

No burning, stinging, or ISR with this ratio for my RS, YMMV
