fam tirz has blown my mind

im 164.3lbs and ripped lmfao what in the actual fuck - i have some loose skin that isnt terrible honestly, gonna give it a year and see whats up, but i was like 283lbs last june lmao (im a 5'10" male)

-118.7 pounds in 10 months

in january i was 195 and started buying new clothes in a L and was happy, was thinking about 185 and being set. had to get rid of all my clothes again because im a medium now lol i was a 2x last june considering going to a 3x

but seriously what the fuck lol insane.

What next? Do I keep riding 15mg every 6 days for awhile because why not, or should i taper down a bit? 0 negative side effects at this point

big shoutouts to my boys binh & alam at AMO or BFF or whatever the hell they are now - shit got spicy (seriously lmao) for a little bit last year and its definitely not the cheapest but fuck it other than that keep cookin boys - i fucking melted

some lipoc for energy but yeah just tirz. super responder 100%, i had to slow it down last fall because i was losing so fast. kept protein up, been in the gym the entire time, etc. all that good shit lifestyle changes etc. etc. dunno what it was but my body needs the tirz to operate correctly, its fixing whatever metabolic dysfunction i have, i actually feel, i dunno....normal.

I hear ya first 5 1/2 months down 100 pounds 10 -11 months down 150 pounds.. it’s a miracle drug….. 202-203 now, 352 April last year….. my wife only weighs 120 pounds…… down 182 lbs in 2 years ….. just stopped it three weeks ago, seeing if mine food noise and hunger comes back
