Tirz - what ones best

Since I just read that SRY has a UK warehouse, that is an option for you:

It seems worth the convenience since Alan (on the SRY Discord) says it can be delivered within three days.

For R10 from elsewhere, Bfflist charges $183 + 45 shipping. SSA charges $130 + 45 shipping for R10.

But at least one vial seemed to work: "when i first started i didn’t want to eat." Dan also mentioned side effects in another thread.

So I'm guessing the more likely situation is human variation in responding to actual tirz.

Regarding Cagri, I am avoiding trying it so far, partly because of the side effect of fatigue.

For a small order of reta, I would suggest SRY unless you want to use SSA again.
the Placebo effect is a MFr

Personally, if the side effects are okay or absent at 10 mg, I would still try 12.5 mg (before going to 15 mg to avoid a recurrence/worsening of unwanted side effects):

Or just wait for the reta or whatever the substitute/addon would be. But I would be very curious to try a higher dose of the tirz (or whatever it is or isn't).

Dan, have you kept track of your weight on a weekly basis? Because even if your weight isn't going down or is going up slightly, that can be a good sign compared to the alternative.

Hi

Im currently on 10mg tirz and ive only got up to that

I feel like tbh , it doesnt wrk for me i keep upping the dosage has i have no hunger suppresion

I feel like i need to add something or maybe change to reta ?

What ppl advice ive heard adding cagri is an option

Tirz worked for me at first now it doesnt seem to wrk
12.5mg is a good dose to try out first. It's just an idea. When I was on 10mg, there was a whole month the scale didn't move, I even added sema. I went up to 11mg for 2 weeks, I lost a pound, and then I gained it back. My doctor even told me to increase my dose to 12.5mg. It wasn't until I went up to 12.5mg I started to see the scale start to move for me again. 12.5mg seems to work well even without the sema. I know results are all individual. It's only a thought.

Cos when i first started i didn’t want to eat

Now im back to old me and craving sugary stuff again
If you’re craving sugar you might not want to add Reta. I have heard people say it caused them sugar cravings.

I’ve never heard that, but it’s fascinating information. Thank you!

Ive been using reta last 2 weeks , snd my sugar cravings have completely gone

On tirz always wanted sugary snacks

I hear that complaint almost as much as I do that it doesn’t suppress food noise. I didn’t experience it, but I’ve heard some serious complaining on other boards. I’m fortunate that I’m not hungry and I don’t crave sweets on Reta. But I’ve never craved sweets- always salty things.

It's common in the beginning after switching to reta. It's not really a problem and fruit satisfies it really well. It goes away after a few weeks for most people.
This is so accurate. I went crazy for cosmic crisp apples for about three weeks after starting reta. They're so good.

It could've been worse... could've been snickers bars instead of apples!

Not the apples again!

Are you exercising at all?

Yeah, I mentioned it because I kept hearing that, but I also heard Reta doesn’t suppress hunger, but I never craved sugar and Reta suppressed my hunger at even 4 mg.

If you have started Reta, remember it takes 4 weeks to reach full effect in your system, so don’t titrate up more often than every 4 weeks.

I think you're thinking of GYC. They had tons of zero peps but did make good on all of them.
I keep finding the answers to questions I have in random threads. I've made three purchases from them in the last month and now am done, and I've been feeling so uneasy. I'm seeing group and volunteer tests that back up the vendor tests and nobody in the Discord seems upset with theirs, but I'm feeling weird about why I never see them mentioned. They take Paypal, ship instantly, are very nice, and have US warehouses with reasonable prices. I've been looking around to confirm that they made good after the zero pep thing last year, and I see you mention that they did. I keep wondering why I might be missing; like if there's some big reason why nobody talks about them now, and is there something about them that everybody but me knows?

GYC was (and still is) popular among the smaller vendors (i.e. not SRY or SSA), including among single-vial resellers who resell GYC. They went down (literally) when the law was on their tail. So when they came back, I guess they lost some popularity from being absent for a while, and people were wary.

I never thought of them as a price leader though, and so I never bought from them, especially with SRY having zero MOQ for their warehouse compared to SSA and GYC. WBS was trending for a while instead.

As far as the forum, I see GYC (Annie) now has "restricted vendor" status.

Thank you; that comforts me. I so badly wanted to go ahead and make a purchase from someone with a good reputation, and I wasn't ready for crypto and was feeling too pollyanna to risk a mean letter from customs and to see if someone in this arena really WOULD reship. But those reasons for why I haven't heard them talked about lately make sense, and don't make me more worried about having bought from them, so thank you for that.

I think if I could do it over, I'd have taken the time to learn crypto, but I really was feeling so impatient.

I still get a little nervous sending crypto, which is why I limit myself usually to BTC. BTC is harder to screw up, and I've never had a problem.

I love the Exodous wallet. I have even used it (with USDC stablecoin) to pay for groceries and other shopping trips (by using the Exodus virtual debit card with Google Wallet and Walmart Pay).
