你有北欧冰袋之类的东西吗？我会尽可能用北欧冰袋把它们包起来，放在保温箱里。也许可以用干冰，但我觉得有点过头了。

I have some of our members describe Tirz as the cockroach of peps... I have seen Jano quotes stating it can last years in a garage with minor degradation.. I would feel real comfortable personally, tossing it in a cooler. My understanding is significant temperature swings can be detrimental.Jack brown said:

For a few weeks I would keep out of freezer and at a decent controlled temperature till you leave and while traveling, if you want maybe bring it in with you overnight or keep in a place in you vehicle that will stay mostly the same temperature. Jano would probably say it will be fine if you just throw it on your dash
Recommended to not refreeze due to risk of breaking the seal and allowing air/moisture in. Should be fine in frigo for 6+ months if lyophilized (Studies are all over the place on this). I would not travel by air with an ice pack of any sort or a vial with 'white powder'.
I travel with reconstituted Tirz, enough to cover my trip. Good for 21 days at room temperature.

I totally agree with this. Funny thing, I popped up to see what's going on on reddit yesterday. The new talk with compound tirz from what I read, is freezing it and then rethawing it in order to save their stockpiles. I guess if you have tirz and are cutting it close to the BUDs. A Czech laboratory study of three reconned peptides found that tirz held up very well with freeze/thaw, hGH not as well, and something or another (non-GLP1) had terrible degradation.
What I won't do is extrapolate the tirz finding to anything else; not even similar GLP-1 drugs.

Tirz is in a category by itself. QSC had done studies, like Jano (long term), and professionals. Very robust pep. Worst case I read is a 10% deterioration in efficacy after 1 year, under bad conditions. Not so bad negligence over one month: 1-2% loss. The most recent report from E. Lilly is that at 30C for 6 months, the Tirz recon deterioration was 7%. 3% after 3 months. No deterioration at 5C for the same period.
My suggestion is to read up on the basics learned by Registered Nurses, and understand the scientific papers. Not all peps are as robust. And not all recons are effective/safe for 60 days: Thymosin alpha1 (ZADAXIN) is ok up to a week.
Please note that because you are not supervised by a doctor, you are a lab rat, and must learn to summarized a lot of anecdotal data, research papers, etc. My line of work is far away from the medical field so be warned. But as an engineer, I learned do the best I can, with the little info/money I have, and to play it on the safe side.
I have a small cooler bag, given to me by my daughter. I use this to put my unconstituted vials in the deep freezer, along with a refreezeable ice pack….our lights go out at the thought of a breeze. So far, so good.
