If you're ramping up in dose, having hunger mid week, or seeing side-effects at the dose you need to maintain or safely lose weight (1-2lbs/week), then dose splitting can make a lot of sense. Based on Tirz’s half life, do you pin every 5, or 7 days? Does it make that much of a difference after it’s built up in your body?

I do weekly, but stagger with Survo to keep food noise down midweek. When I was ramping, I went up 20%/week dosing every 3 days to make sure I could reduce if there were sides. It's especially helpful when you're just switching or trying out something new. But use a blood level tracker like glp1plotter!
