That’s true! I have loved tirz. I’ve had no side effects and I’ve just reached 7.5mg…I am really looking forward to the 10 and 12.5mg.
10mg is soooo different (for me at least) to 7.5mg. I felt 7.5mg was super inconsistent feeling compared to 5mg, Hungry, not hungry, full, not full, some side effects, no side effects, terrible side effects, then shifting to 10mg was like a new experience…I DREADED going up to 10mg based off my 7.5mg experience but 10mg was the absolute best for me. Zero side effects and just complete consistency. This wasn’t grey market stuff either, It was a UK chemist at silly prices.

BTW I just heard their T30 may be back in stock next week, T60 not for a while. But if it goes back up it will be gone super quick, just a heads up for you if it helps....
I don’t know what happened but I checked their site again and all of a sudden the 60mg was back in stock so I bought it!

I can’t wait to try 10! My doctor has told me that 10MG is what most people start to see the full effects. I’ve been hoping I will and that can be my maintenance dose, but we’ll see!

Was the best dose I was on. I only switched to reta because I could get it cheaper. Tirz (legit) was my first experience with it. I never went any further than 10mg although tempted to stack 🤔

How long did it take you to reach 7.5? I'm 3 weeks into Tirz after 1.5 yr on Sema-I've been at a plateau since July.
I stated on sema and didn’t see too much loss…switch to tirz and did 1 month at 2.5, 1 month at 5 and 1 month at 7.5…will be starting 10 next week.

In addition to SRY, there is also SSA and GYC as China-based vendors with US warehouses, but they seem to have minimum order requirements (unlike SRY).

For me, it may depend on Nexaph's prebuy pricing. And I would never buy MOTS-c from Nexaph because their pricing for it is crazy. (Our bodies make MOTS-c from exercise, so it's like a double insult, haha).
You weren’t kidding! I started looking into it today since I ordered my tirz from them yesterday. If I followed the suggested dosing, it’d only last 10 weeks for $135!

Hey quick question, I started my first shot of 2.5 Wednesday. So I’m due for my second in 2 days. I still have severe appetite suppression so should I delay my next one or still take it on time?

I usually follow the protocol, but you wouldn't want to make yourself sick either. Taking your shot a day or 2 later wouldn't hurt. See how you are feeling in a day or two.

You should stick to protocol.

But also know that tirz has a half-life of five days in the system. For most people, the remaining (less than half and declining) amount is enough to carry the appetite suppression over to Day 7/8, and that's good. For some, appetite suppression magically disappears at Day 6, and they seek alternatives to the standard protocol.

Stay the course.

Also, know that you should be sticking to a sensible, protein-forward diet. Whatever you might have spent years struggling to stay on, you now have to struggle to stay on in the other way: force yourself to have small well-balanced meals three times a day. Don't fail to eat, despite appetite suppression. This helps with side effects too.
